Where’s Lou Holtz right now?

I generally enjoy the podcast but for the love of all things holy please get Steve some decent audio equipment. You can only hear about 20% of anything he says. What is with the obnoxious fluctuations in the volume of his voice??

Can someone get Steve a lapel microphone? I listen to the podcast while I walk. And I’m bending my neck and ear to the right and left trying to hear him. So strangers think I have an imbalance issue but really it’s just terrible audio. Help this guy out. And save me from this public judgment.

Always a great informative listen.

I’ve liked many of the Michigan Insider podcasts but this one was brutal to listen to. Wes kept saying, “you know” as he was talking. If I knew. I wouldn’t have to listen. If he can’t fix this, as a top podcast you should tell him.

I wish I had put in a review because these guys deserved it a long time ago. Great perspectives, knowledge, conversation, and insider info on a regular basis that is second to none. Whatever the sport and whether you prefer recruiting or just plain sports talk, these guys are the best. Keep it up!

Steve is awful can’t listen. The basketball knowledge by Steve and the host is embarrassing

Love the show, but please stop the shock joc titles about how Michigan is losing the local 5-star QBs, who should be an absolute given to sign with UofM. Makes me nauseous thinking about botching the most All-important position in sports , over and over again. I guarantee you, I do Not listen to the shows titled with that smut, but I do listen to the objective ones. Other than that tho, great show!

It would be nice if the hosts recorded locally and combined the audio, because the call quality is typically not great.

This is definitely the first college football podcast I listen to everyday. Love the show.

If the Chinese Communist party ran a sports podcast this is what it would sound like. Just a bunch of slappies following the company line. Awful.

Steve Lorenz is so bad! He can’t handle it when the host disagrees and he’s just generally very hard to listen to. Who’s his dad? Did he get this job because it was gifted?? He’s so bad! Come on we can do better right????

No one is as plugged in to Michigan sports as Sam is, and his fellow hosts/contributors are excellent. They also always seem to be having fun and frequently crack me up

The latest info on UM sports including recruiting. Gives a great sense for how things are going, how recruiting classes are shaping up, what the vibe is within the staff, etc. best UM podcast I’ve heard by a mile.

The collection of podcasts are a mixed bag. The basketball ones with Sam and Tim are the best. The recruiting podcast with Sam, Steve, and Brice are very informative. The podcast run by Zach grade on me as Zach repeats his opinions 3 or 4 times in each episode when once is enough. Zach's podcasts could be cut by 2/3 with the same amount of info.

Really well done. You learn a ton about the team and recruiting. Best podcast out there.

Love the chemistry between Zach and Steve! Honestly would love even mor content from them on the state of college football and related stories during this crazy time of changing landscapes in the sport and how it relates to UM!

Zach Shaw goes out of his way to find issues with Michigan to an annoying degree. I’m all for seeing both sides of the coin, but it’s a Michigan fan podcast. Seems like he’s angling for something beyond Michigan sports.

This is one of the better 247 sites. As a matter of fact, it is the best. The crew is very knowledgeable and really dialed into Michigan athletics. If you want great info, this is the place to be. The team is definitely a good listen.

Love the Recruiting Insider and Basketball Insider pods. Great rapport between Sam, Steve, and Brice and quality intel on recruiting. Tim provides great insight on the hoops pod and gets great guests. Simply put, Sam is the best in the business.

Recruiting coverage is excellent, accurate, and diverse, covering a wide range of topics between episodes whether it be about recruiting for specific positions, rankings, evaluations, approach, etc. Breakdowns of the football and basketball programs are also top notch, again covering loads of topics such as game breakdowns, player performances, coach and player interviews, scheme, and much more. Guests are stellar. Must-listen programming if you’re a diehard Michigan fan.

Sam, Steve, Zach, and the rest of the crew are the gold standard for team and recruiting news. They all work tirelessly to get content out to keep this crazy fan base entertained, and they do a fantastic job of it. One of my favorite podcasts.

Happened upon the show on accident and now I can’t get enough. Love the guys insights and the picking on Brice. Couldn't get enough of it and wish there was more (the show even convinced me to sign up for the 247 site when they were running a great promotion recently). Great inside information and a wealth of knowledge about Wolverine athletics. Keep up the great work.

Sam, Steve and Bruce do an excellent job on the recruiting side and this audio format is a great way to take on this information.

If you are a fan of Michigan athletics, I highly recommend this podcast. I’m a huge Michigan football fan and the TMI crew gives great insights into recruiting as well as the latest info with the football team.

Phenomenal podcast and well worth the listen!
