I have listened to your podcast consistently because I value obtaining news form a variety of sources. However after listening to your impeachment coverage today as both sides are equal...I am done. You are going to look back at your coverage and realize you have learned no lessons from 2016 and you contributed with your both sides attitude.

Can you only talk about the Theater” of withholding articles? This is a very serious business and I would think you would try to address the gusts of it rather than just playing it is a game

This podcast is a great example of how media tries to split the country down the middle when it’s obvious that Trump and his allies breaking all the rules.

I just listened to the podcast on the beginning impeachment hearings. Bill McCollum was interviewed; he apparently, had been a manager in the Clinton impeachment trial. OMG - he was SO biased, I just found myself getting quite angry. If you are going to have a Republican on, please try to find someone who is not so incredibly biased. I think you did a huge disservice to the listener who is trying to learn more.

If you want news look elsewhere. This show only serves to promote Trump talking points. ABC reprimanded Chris Vlasto for giving Trump adviser David Bossie proprietary exit polling data on election night. This show and Vlasto lack integrity.

Interesting presentation of the current political situation, but the hosts don’t push guests. The Tom Bossert interview posted recently was a joke, and illuminated the flaws. The hosts allowed him to suggest that government employees are to blame for the president’s mistrust of the national security apparatus, and never pushed the facts that the president came in lying, continued lying, and used lies to accuse government employees to suggest untoward motives to distract from investigations into his behavior. Mr. Bossert completely ignores the fact that all elements of the government, including the presidents immediate staff, have been “leaking” information to let the American people know that the president is unfit. He only provides leeway for the president while judging the employees and the hosts refrain from questioning this premise. PUSH YOUR GUESTS. This should not be a platform for spouting inaccurate opinions, but an attempt to find fact.

I appreciate that you bring a range of views and that you treat them respectfully, even if you disagree. You also avoid the shouting and obfuscation typical of many so-called discussions. You get to the details that actually help your audience understand what people believe and what they’ve done.

The podcast presents facts in a way that pretends to be objective but is not. It is hard to tell whether the reporters are aware of their mistakes and bias. There is a clueless aspect to the discussions, with only moments of clarity. Disappointing and not worth the time.

Ok folks. Trump allowed Mueller to interview everyone he ask for - excepts for Trump. Every document asked for was turned over. Executive privilege was never claimed. The White attorney was interviews for 30 hours. Trump shoots his mouth off, but no one follows his orders. Mueller was not fired. The investigation was concluded and a report was submitted. How is this obstruction? Tom Arnold is a clown. Nice job elevating him. Micheal Cohen IS a criminal and was used by Trump. He’s an idiot for trying to cover for him. After the release update: Not an ounce of self reflection on how the media AIDED the Russians in disrupting the 2016 Election. Fell for every Russian lie hook.line.andsinker. Sad. After the fiery John Dowd interview, I thought this would soon be a must hear podcast. But now with the Democratic operatives Lanny Davis and now John Podesta, this podcast has slipped into familiar one sided territory. Let’s hear more from the Trump side, they have a story tell too.

What happened to journalism or investigative journalism. This is pointless. This is just dumb opinions and allowing criminals to sell their propaganda. I listened to every episode so let me stop you before you waste as much time as I do. This is a pointless exercise. We need real journalists to do their job and investigate. Chris a producer on abc that you hear here should stay behind a camera and off a podcast. His opinions are useless and one sided. For a pod cast called the investigation. ... you would think they could do a little investigating. These idiots are looking for good tv and don’t care about what is really happening.

Hard to listen to. Came because of the five thirty eight podcast’s recommendation but I’ve found it totally unengaging. Bad sound design, uninteresting questions, apologizes for trumpism by having Christie as a guest several times. Unsubscribed.

Mr. Vlasto seems to be more concerned with the value of the investigation as a means of attracting viewers and listeners than with its importance as a legal instrument. He asks about how the American people will respond, “will the headlines read “snooze fest?”” Vlasto plays into the narrative that important committee hearings are nothing more than political theatre if he insists on concerning his podcast with how audiences react.

Weak questions, with no follow-up when their being fed BS. These reporters are the normalizers of a fascist.

I like listening to the subjects and guests but would like the podcast to be longer. I feel like it’s unfinished. Keep up the good work, maybe it’s just me.

I like to get both sides and this podcast has not disappointed. It's bias, to be sure. I wonder if the podcast will continue and cover the investigation of the investigation.

I've been listening to this podcast for a few months and it's pretty good. But today I unsubscribed after I listened for just 5 minutes to their "bonus" report about Mueller's appearance today -- this podcast has Chris Christie, super partisan and Trump booster, as the person they asked to explain it all as though he was an expert. This is beyond ridicuous. People with this little judgement aren't people I want to listen to anymore, as it shows me they have either bad judgement or they are incapable of booking appropriate commentators.

Awful podcast - they treat this administration as though it's any normal run-of-the-mill presidency, ask intellectually incurious questions, suffer from group-think, all while being mesmerized by Trump's sleights of hand. This appears to be the go-to place for Trump friendly supporters and associates to vomit their spin and talking points while they undermine our institutions and the rule of law. Absolute waste of time for these times - skip it.

Ultimate in mindless sycophantic inside-the-Beltway sophistry. One of the self-important hosts (a “senior puffball producer” or some such nonsense) is worse than the others for his strutting pride for all the clearly un-credible sources he’s so proud of having cultivated over the years. But all of them are infected. Hilariously, they grandly assured listeners that Barr was a decent “institutionalist” days before he lied to Congress, and gave a free ride to Bossie days before the WaPo revealed his tax fraud problems. Just don’t listen to this useless podcast. I gave them a chance and regret wasting my time.

This is a hugely biased presentation--that normalizes the hideous state of government, the lying, the obfuscation, cheating, and bloviating. I had much greater expectations from ABC news. A disappointment.

As if Sarah Sanders needs another microphone — how about actually reporting or analyzing something instead of giving more space to morally bereft people who already have enough opportunities to spread Trump poison?

I’m reticent to say the reporting is slanted, but it’s for sure soft. You really just gave Sarah Sanders a bully pulpit and didn’t challenge a single thing. You had no question to challenge the assertion that the whole Mueller investigation was “absurd”. Maybe ask about Helsinki? Maybe ask if everyone is so innocent, why not just smile and turn over everything? Sarah Sanders flat out lied according to Mueller and you instead decided to let her pontificate on her Christianity?? Are there any real reporters anymore??? I started with hope for this show, but I’m out.

Perhaps some people believe in the “both sides” argument but I cannot support a program that gives a platform to the type of guests this show regularly hosts. We are far beyond knowing that Trump and his allies are all arguing in bad faith. To give some of these guests a platform that projects equal footing with reality is wrong. I am unsubscribing.

So, I've been listening for a while. Honestly, I've been surprised by some of the guests, but in general, I've found some (not all) of those defending this administration to be surprisingly cogent. However, Sarah Sanders is a bit too far. Does she have any credibility with anyone but her boss, or Fox? I'll give this episode its due, but after that, me thinks it's time to unsubscribe. OK, just got through her first screed at ~9 minute. Stop it! I have now officially unsubscribed. Bye!

Countless FBI agents told me to stop listening to this show once Sarah Sanders was a guest. What made you interview her? Is it that she stopped giving press briefings? She has a platform she refuses to use, and you let this liar onto yours. I’m done with this podcast.

Just reading through the reviews I see an overwhelming bias against both Trump and the the media. Have no reason to follow this thread or podcast any further.

The interviewees are well-balanced, but the method of questioning them sometimes is too leading: seeking headlines, rather than finding truth. They do very little to help make a complete story, instead they just give you a mountain of facts, opinions, and lies and leave the listener to sort them out.

Ok at beginning, now an uninsightful re- hash.

I have listened to the clearly uninformed host and many of the guests are people that shouldn’t have a platform. After listening to “Not a care in the world” what would make you think anyone would want to listen to a “poor me, we have been through so much the past two years” that’s what happens when play dirty. That’s what happens when you talk to Russia about your campaign. When people lie, people don’t trust them.

The first couple episodes were good, but had gotten really weak and clearly biased.

I’m done with this podcast. After listening to poor Michael Flynn and other wealthy families tied up with trumps corruption and how poorly they were treated after traitorous behavior on their part...absolutely no hard hitting or fact based counters from the journalists.

Update: I listened in a friend’s car the other day. It’s gotten worse. Chris (the host) predicates his questions on bad facts, and has both a pose of cynicism and almost zero command of the facts. The only one capable of asking a good question is John Santucci. I am interested in the investigation. I admire Mueller. But this show is useless. It reveals how really superficially many reporters grasp what they report. They are good at adopting a pro attitude and speaking into the camera for 30 seconds. But catch them in this kind of relaxed attitude and you’ll think you’re listening to the crowd outside church based on the level of insight you’ll hear. Listen to Prete Bahara’s podcast instead
