Lrod1089Loho is the man!Loho is the man! I love listening to his show everyday. I have to catch the pod version nowadays with my work schedule. Only issue I have is sometimes the entire show isn’t on the pod. Usually when Big Ant or Jason Leisur are a guest. Overall I still give five stars because of the quality of the conversation as well as the entertainment when he starts to go off script or talks pop culture. Keep doing you Loho!!!

bjtb20 JoelGreat Show!!Laurence is the man! Since he put out his pods, I find his show is the only Score show I listen to along with LOHO Daily and House of L. Keep it up LOHO!

loho jrGod awful background musicWhen the show starts and when it comes back from break-all I hear is terrible cringeworthy sound. One of the beats sounds like an alien stubbed their toe. I think a family member of Lawrence made the beat. If u read this LoHo- please change the music. It’s really really bad. One more thing: thank God Herbie is back. Tony Gill has the life experience of a 5 year old. When a listener knows more than a producer- there is a problem

chistacheNight time listenerReally happy that I still get a chance to listen to your thoughts daily. Use to listen to you on nights and now still get to hear the hot takes!
-
RedblueskyWorst show on the scoreThis show is amateur hour. The host has nothing interesting to say but thinks he brings scintillating hot takes when it’s just rubbish. Literally did an entire show on what’s your favorite cookie. Total amateur. I would rather listen to Les Grobstein reruns.

Grandapa Ross 11Ross of WheatonGreat interview with Joe Madden. Glad to hear him again as he is one of the best. Great style but please address your guest with their name more often so that we can live vicariously through you.

SouthsidewhitesoxfanOne Of The Best In Sports RadioAs a listener to the WSCR sense day one Lawrence Holmes show is a throw back to the early day of the Score. He may not be a “Score original” but his show remains us of how the station was back then. From his laidback approach, funny segments, and just being a Fan of Chicago sports makes us wish he had more air time.

DBT0307One of the BestI am a huge fan of the show. Laurence consistently brings fresh ideas and topics to his shows. I also appreciate that he uses music that is allowable for podcasts which makes the show sound smoother.

Cubsfan20044It's good.I'm a big fan of Laurence and the podcast is good. It is kind of annoying that it comes in in hour segments and not all in one neat package.
-

South Elgin MacattackGrade A TalentLaurence is the present and future of broadcasting. His primary focus is local sports coverage. His approach is honest, intelligent and informed. His transparent style has allowed him great access to many of the sports stars in Chicagoland who clearly trust Laurence because they are obviously not so guarded while speaking with him and return to his show time and again and often times seek him out for the fun of it. Because of his trustworthy reputation Laurence has no problems getting good info and interviews from national stars and sources. As I said he focuses on local sports, however, Laurence infuses a good amount of humor, current events and pop culture. So even if you aren't a "sports head" Laurence is a good listen. He isn't one of those hosts who makes predictions all the time but the few times "Black Yoda" does step out he is almost always dead on. Stay aware of this cat because while his obvious love is Chicago radio I would not be the least bit surprised to see a bigger stage be made available to him in the future, not ESPN, something of quality and freedom. In the meantime we are lucky to have him here in Chicago and on a great independent style station like WSCR.
