I love this podcast! I miss it so much. This podcast inspired me to read the law and become more interested in firearms law and proposed regulation/ legislation. I really really miss it and wish he had more time to make them more regularly.

Just randomly discovered this podcast because i was searching for info on a recent ATF announcement. Absolutely love it! I’ve gone back and listened to most of the episodes and can’t wait for more. Very entertaining and educational. The host does a great job. Highly recommended.

Can see with the latest SCOTUS ruling that is why you made the latest podcast due to its relevant nature. Pretty work.

I have played and replayed this podcast. If you’re a nerd like myself, this is what you want to listen to. Very informative, and puts everything in perspective as far as federal law goes. Ryan is the guy you want to learn from, don’t ask your buddies, download Trigger Words and hear it from a professional. Keep it up Ryan, we all appreciate you sharing your knowledge.

Ryan, Texas has a bill past the house, adjourned sine die in State Affairs that could use some publicity to get it moving again. HB2286 prohibits law enforcement from enforcing NFA laws in regard to silencers. Not sure how it would play out, but would love to hear your opinion on the matter.

Simply put, Ryan’s podcasts are supremely informative and interesting% so well done, thank you!

I’m a gun but that wants to learn as much about them as I can. This is a great source for explaining the legalize in to normal person talk!

With the way information is being represented in the current media it is nice to have a place to obtain the correct information regarding the firearms world as a whole.

Started listening to “Going Ballistic” and just jumped on this one. It is very educational

The best show on the whole network. I love the variety. Every single episode has been outstanding.

Love the straightforward way you present the info. All gun owners need to be more informed on the nuances of gun laws. This podcast tells you what to know and where to spot the “gotchas”. Can’t be too careful these days... make life easier and less stressful by knowing your rights and how to protect yourself. Stay out of trouble.

Lots of gun podcasts out there but I tend to stop listening as they can drag on over an 1hr+ I was down to only listening to the reloading podcast (just started reloading) and heard about Ryan who was a guest. Started listening to this one and I’m hooked. Please continue with the 30min format as that’s perfectly appropriate. Ryan breaks down the the subject matter very well Only on episode 4 but if you like talking about it, I’d love to hear about historical legislation and the history behind the NFA, Contol Act, etc. Love the current stuff too, very fascinating. All in all, this podcast is a keeper A+++

Not only is this podcast great, so is his other Podcast "Going Ballistic", as well as his book "Long Range Shooting Handbook"... I have learned much from all three.....

The topics that Ryan discussed on this podcast are an outstanding addition to the RocketFFL course. Much of the content will help anyone that has filed an FFL application.

I really enjoy the past few episodes discussing the federalist papers and constitutional law. Great job!

Awesome show, great break down of legal information in easy to undertsand terms. I would love an epsiode on ccw insurence and how that would interact with the courts, such as the fact that an orgzation can't give money to someone under pending investagtion.

The podcast is just the right length and provides the building blocks of learning from episode one. Ryan’s background lends real world credibility to this podcast. A lot of very good technical information about the insanity that is the US gun law disaster.

Pay close attention and while you're at it, a pen and paper wouldn’t be a terrible idea. I have had to re-listen to these lectures. Well, they aren't really lectures, but that are dense enough with legal definitions and terminology that committing it to memory needs a strategy. I’ve listened to every episode to date and while they’re all extremely educational a newcomer should absolutely listen from the beginning. You can jump right in in a couple episodes but seriously, the first three episodes must be listened to. While you’re busy nerding out (like me) go to amazon and by Cleckner’s book the ‘Long Range Shooting Handbook’. It is good enough that I bought a few as Christmas Presents. I kidd you not!!! Love the podcast, Cleckner. Lead the way!!!

Superbly concise content in a manageable time frame. Great topics. After 30 minutes, people just start rambling. The worst shows are the ones with teams of people who just start giiggling at some private jokes/memories they share .... "remember that time we were at the NRA convention when Joe , blah, blah, blah - giggle, giggle" Best podcast at FRN !!! Organized and goal oriented.

This is my favorite podcast! I love getting down in the weeds so this is perfect. If you don’t like getting in the weeds on these topics then go listen to Going Ballistic. Awesome topics! The only thing that would make this better would be a set time for each podcast. I have not been able to be involved on the live stream due to the inconstant timing.

This is an informative and engaging podcast. I appreciate the accurate, brief, and clear explanations and interpretations given by Ryan. It’s is not really very flashy or sexy to start out with the basics (code, definitions etc) but, as in shooting, brilliance in the basics is what really makes a marksman. It is great that Ryan decided to give the foundational knowledge (definitions) in the topics covered rather than charge into sexy topics. I listened to each podcast a couple times. I am looking forward to the future podcasts and more information on pistols (AR type) SBR/SBS and AOW. Thank you.
