You always hear that you should be investing in real estate but exactly why and how is a different story. These short podcasts (about 2 minutes each) do a great job at providing a macro picture of why the stock market doesn’t work in inflationary times and income property investing does. You don’t have to be a Donald Trump business tycoon to understand this stuff when Jason Hartman lays it out. I found it VERY interesting indeed that there is a type of investing that actually profits from inflation and a devalued currency?! This was news to me. It’s just contrary enough that it makes sense and I intend to give it a shot. If nothing else, these podcasts should make you think long and hard about whether or not the stock market is the best place for your money.

I wish I heard “Think Small, Win Big” 15 years ago. I learned the hard way! Don’t wait around for the big money.

This was an awesome rundown, but it seems the show has been discountinued. The old episodes are still spot on.

I have don't have much time to listen to a 60 minute podcast on tips of investesting, but "The speed of money" was perfect. It was quick and extremely informative at the same time.

For an investor this really is a great podcast to listen to. I listen every time it comes out and it just gives me what I need. Somg good up to date news and I really enjoy listning to Jason. Well worth a download.

I don't always have a lot of time to devote to learning new stuff. This is a great, quick way to keep updated. Never fluff - always substance. I am a big fan of Jason's podcasts.

Clocking in at only about 2 or 3 minutes per show, you're certainly not going to get a complete financial education with Speed of Money but it did make me painfully aware of how little I learned in school about some of the basics of successful investing. I've always been sort of interested in commodities investing but shows #5 and #6 made me look at the idea in a whole new light. Ever heard of Packaged Commodities Investing? I sure hadn't but this tiny little idea has me thinking how I can make money from the social dynamics of a skyrocketing middle class in China and India. Another thing, I've been leery of the stock market ever since Enron and that Madoff hedge fund scandal but didn't really know where else to invest my money. Now I do! Never heard of Jason Hartman before but I like how you think, brother!
