This is truly one of the worst podcasts ever. Not just in golf, but to ever exist

Drop zone is back in heavy rotation! Claire and James are great adds and round out a terrific foursome with dylan and sean.

Accurate name for this podcast because it’s definitely a penalty shot - the guys sound like frat boys giving superfan points of view and not well-rounded insights. Hard pass.

These guys are the real deal. Wow. I thought golf was boring until this show — Dylan is the voice of golf and I really appreciate the thought and care he puts into his craft. Listen every week!!!

The audio is not clear sometimes.

Nothing insightful. No good dialogue bc they regurgitate takes and don’t debate anything. No ability to even an attempt to take a challenging argument. Kind of shows where “journalism” has gone. No ability to even present an issue without injecting bias.

Awesome podcast. Love golfing but I don’t follow the professional game too closely. DZ interviews are thoughtful and entertaining, and Dylan and Sean have a nice dynamic. Plus, you gotta respect the commitment required to tape regular live shows with one host in Scotland and the other on in Seattle. THE BOYS ARE ON A MISSION TO PRODUCE THE GOODS.

Great interview with Eddie Pepperell. Insightful

I couldn’t continue listening to amateur golf pundits knock professional golfers because they’re jealous of the millions of dollars they’re making with a non-PGA golf organization.

Love the podcast - enjoyable conversation between friends, but Sean and Dylan are incredibly well prepared.

Please normalize the volume of the hosts; one sounds like he’s yelling into the microphone, the other sounds like he’s across the room, another guy sounds like he’s talking away from everyone while fidgeting/tapping/slamming the microphone

Dylan and Sean bring lively debate and hot takes along with the latest and greatest golf world news. Your one stop shop for tournament recaps and previews, and interesting player anecdotes from spending time on tour with the stars. These guys will be big names in the golf media world!

Just listened to the podcast on Olympics golf in Japan. Sean sounds like he just returned from a funeral. Also got the same feeling after listening to the podcast afterThe Open that Colin won. I realize Japan is having trouble combating COVID and logistics and conditions are far from ideal, but good lord. Other media outlets are certainly recognizing and highlighting how precious moment this is for golf and conveying the joy and excitement the golfers are feeling.

Couple guys just talking golf, it is as if we are at the same table just listening.... not well thought out or prepared. There are better options available

What these hosts lack in hardened grit they make up for in seasoned taeks and unbridled love for Martin Trainer. A must-listen in the golf space

This is *literally* my favorite golf podcast that I’ve EVER listened to. I’m OBSESSED!!! With this podcast and the host Sean!! The best of the best!! If there’s one podcast you should listen to out there, ITS THIS ONE!! listen, subscribe, rate, follow!!!

Great interviews and stories.

I’m 10 years old and I play in golf tours like HJGT I really like this podcast because it explains a lot of how golfers like jack Nicolas get involved in story’s about Phil mickelson and tiger also it explains a lot about there lives and how tigers kids called him the “YouTube golfer” and one other thing is that it will put pro players into the podcast and that was REALLY cool. Last thing is that it explains a lot about golf tours and how they did and how tiger gave a girl a Buick so that was the end of my review and by the way HJGT stands for hurricane jr golf tournament

Love the revamped Drop Zone format! Very cool to hear untold stories in the golf world and get new, in-depth insight on stories I *thought* I knew about already.

Golf needs more of this, period. Sean and Dylan have the kind of rapport one looks for in podcast hosts. These guys know the game and they bring a youthful perspective to any golf topic, past or present. Knowledgeable, unique, smart and fun....if you have any interest in golf whatsoever, give this a listen!

That was easily one of my favorite episodes of this podcast. Sounds like an incredibly smart, interesting and thoughtful guy. Well done to Sean for asking really good questions too.

If I could somehow convince my two funniest friends to sit around and discuss golf over nachos and Arnold Palmers with me for hours on end it would sound like Sean and Dylan from The Drop Zone.

The content is great but I always end up having to turn it up to full volume to hear anything on the highway.

Love the show especially Shipnuck but disappointed that Sean Zak feels it necessary to drop F-bombs. Let’s keep it professional fellas.

Sean Zak's interview with Andy Dillard was fantastic - the story of Dillard's blistering 6 straight birdies to open his first round at the US Open was insane. Thanks for bringing to light a story I've never heard until tuning into your podcast. Safe to say, I'll be listener as long as you're putting out new content. Can't wait to hear what's next!

All of these podcasts should be shortened 20 minutes at least. I hate the phone interviews, quality of the sound and clarity is so annoying to listen to. I love golf and appreciate the variety of topics but hard to stay interested with these.

I live and breathe golf, and I love every bit of SI content I can get my hands on , but this podcast is a major disappointment. With the talent of golf writers and the news and player accessibility at SI's disposal, to have a production such as this with SI's name on it is scary disappointing. I cringe at listening to each of these varied hosts, and a couple of them are simply unlistenable.

Loved the Augusta/Pine Valley pod. Also love the in-depth Tour insight! Those are the people we're all trying to be like. Keep up the good work.

Alan- Love the podcasts and would've enjoyed hearing Hank Haney in the most recent one. However although your audio was fine, Haney's was very, very soft - could not hear him. This happened once before and wanted to let you know.

Enjoyed Sabino's podcast as i am an old golfing buddy of his and heard his many stories. All true including his handicaps! He related the story of my friend Alan playing Augusta as his first time playing, all true! Have preordered the book and will now go to his website to challenge him to a re match at my club, Jerico National in New Hope All the best to John, a worthwhile book that can help us golf course dreamers, he did it!
