The worst podcast for Breaking Bad! The hosts are so dumb! I would not waste your time!💩

I like the energy Maria brought, I like the insight of some of the hosts, but then the show is brought to a halt when Kevin goes on about symbolism and color, despite Gilligan himself nearly every Insider podcast admitting to coincidence and happy accidents. Plus it doesn't help that he constantly undermines Maria. Thanks Maria for the good podcast, too bad Kevin's bland and pretentious ramblings kept it from being great.

Love all the AfterBuzz shows. Listen or tread lightly.

I think people are overrating this show a bit. What it lacks in depth it makes up for in availability. Yes, it's ready to roll the day after the show comes on, which is nice, but I find myself getting pretty annoyed with the discussion at times. I feel like the main female on the show is walked on pretty regularly by people that are overconfident about their opinions. I love criticism when it's legitimate, but the criticism on this show can become pretty asinine at times. The guy that they had on after episode 15 was most enjoyable person they've had, and he isn't a regular. Good, not great by any stretch.

I tried several times to give this Podcast a chance. However, every time I had to turn it off out of frustration. The AfterBuzz commentators seemed to have a general knowledge of the show and some grasp of the subtext, but frequently missed or forgot certain details or even entire scenes that are signifiant to the show. Maybe it's because I'm such an involved fan (or maybe it's because I absolutely love Kelley Dixon and Vince's official BrBa podcast) that turns me off from this. The AfterBuzz podcast to me is like listening to someone talk about how your favorite song has a great beat, but missing the depth of the lyrics. If you're someone that doesn't need to know or care about the meaning behind the show, then this is probably the podcast for you. However, if you want to really explore the symbolism, overarching themes, and amazing imagery BrBa has to over, then don't even bother—stick to the official podcast or the Breaking Good podcast.

On the last show, one of the hosts asks: "Was he bleeding from the lung cancer, or from being shot?"

Listened to the episode for granite state... I didn't mind the two regular hosts but the guest host was awful not very incite-full and didn't let any one else talk. Keep him off.

The theories talked about on this podcast are a little off. The machine gun DOESN'T require 3 people to work.

I think there are too many people. Some decent insights are discussed, though. The female's voice is exceedingly annoying.

It's ok. They do have long long discussions about stuff that probably only needs about 5 minutes of talk time on but they do bring a lot of insight to the show. It's not really exciting to listen too but if you want another person's opinion on Breaking Bad you found a place to get that!

Compared to a couple of the other BB podcasts out there, this isn't great. The opening is obnoxious. This is podcasting, guys, not FM morning radio. Having the techno-y music under everyone talking is unbearable. There are too many hosts, they talk over one another, and they're too "industry" and "Hollywood." Blech. I only listen because I'm a BB superfan.

I appreciate the speed with which they get this podcast up. Fun podcast with well informed hosts.

I enjoy the format of the podcast as most After Buzz podcast are organized. I listen to several Breaking Bad podcasts and this one has some room to improve on catch up with some of the top ones. The good news is there are still 7 weeks left.

I just cannot figure her logic, she reaches pretty hard, but it really makes it worth while. "In one scene, Walt Jr had a t-shirt with an elephant on it, he is going to end up at the zoo!". No disrespect, I am sure she is a lovely person. It just cracked me up. Keep up the good job gang.

Came across this podcast looking for something for bates motel and fell in love with this. Great discussions about the greatest show ever! Love the podcast and hope to see more breaking bad to listen to new topics! Can't wait!

I was alone. Alone trapped in a world full of bumbling people who didnt appreciate the true art and nature put into each episode. Frantically I tried to watch all the little idiosyncrasies on the official website, but it wasn't interactive enough to the point of where I could debate every inch of each episode. Thank God I have found fellow people that take their time and actually try very very hard in a very educated and logical way to analyze the themes and irony and symbolic nature of television shows. I only listened the the last 2 you did so far but i'm going back for more and can't wait to get into boardwalk empire with you guys. Do you do anything else? I'd love to hear it, I watch a ton of TV and i really have no one, literally no one, who understands writing can be so much greater than reality tv. Dozens of people i talk to don't have a clue as to what their watching and thats fine, I just want someone to talk to, err listen... so thanks !

I've finally found a decent Breaking Bad Podcast!

Always insightful and informative. The Afterbuzz crew pick up things I miss or would never never occur to me to consider. Breaking Bad is my favorite show and it's great to have somewhere I can get instant thoughts and feedback the second the show ends. The perfect companion piece.

I try to download and listen as soon as possible. They always point out important scenes and facts that make me gladly watch the episode again.

The people on this podcast are vapid, uninteresting, and completely off. They claim other podcasts have "days" to put their shows together. That would be better than sounding like complete MORONS. My god. Why bother listening when they don't even remember that painting was in another episode? What a waste of time. I can't imagine any of their other shows could be any good. Don't waste your time.

Thoroughly enjoy the podcast and the host make some good observations. WITHOUT being condensing or calling their audiences dumb. You know of whom I speak.😝

Whenever I discover a new favorite TV show (especially AMC & HBO shows) I immediately shakedown the 'nets to seek out any & all related podcasts. There're a handful of BB podcasts out there. Afterbuzz's advantage is the fact that their show is up hours after the actual TV episode being reviewed has aired. Their disadvantage is the fact that the hosts reeeeeeally dig deep for meaning & symbolism that simply does not exist in the first place. It's funny to hear them confidently overanalyze the most minor of details only to have their dissections completely deflated by the actual filmmakers days later when the official BB podcast goes up. Much of their psychoanalyzing is such a stretch & usually just plain dingbat nuts! Not everything means something. But, I guess the hosts do need babble in order to stretch out & pad this podcast. If not, it would only be about twenty minutes a week. Anyhoo ....it's not the greatest BB podcast but I'll admit, I subscribe & listen because they ARE first outta' the gate every week. That's good for something. Right?

I'm not sure why the hosts of the Afterbuzz BB podcasts continue to talk over each other as if there is a competition to see who can get the most words in a single episode. The constant interruptions during the show make it impossible to follow one host's thoughts from beginning to end because there seems to always be multiple people battling for the spotlight. Try to take turns, guys. Perhaps a planned outline of the show would help, or some clear way to acknowledge whose turn it is to speak.

It's the best - love to listen

No need to take pot shots at other breaking bad podcast. We enjoy the immediacy if after buzz but also enjoy others. They don't bash you on how many times you mention Lydia reminding you of all the girls at your cool Hollywood parties.

Love the commentary and that fact that they all seem to really enjoy the show as well.

Thanks for putting on a great show. The only critique (and desperate plea!) I have is that you need to make a short segment at the end of each podcast to discuss the trailer for the upcoming episode - this way I can avoid it. I don't watch the trailers because they show too much, and I definitely don't want to hear bits of it mentioned on your podcast. Until this is addressed I'll just have to listen to your show a few eps behind.

Maria and company put out a pretty amazing and intelligent podcast the same night Breaking Bad airs. No other BB podcast does. Every week I listen to thoughtful conversation with great insight-some so great that other podcasts don't even think of. Very intelligent, very expedient. I feel sometimes you guys go a bit overboard on the symbolism but hey, I ain't complaining. In fact, I love you guys and I thank you.

I love Maria and Kevin they need a podcast of their life. I would listen everyday. Peace and love and Babba Booey to you all

It's great to hear an intelligent conversation about a show that is much more than just a tv show! Love the symbolism that is discussed as well as the plot speculation and character development. I wish my friends were as into the show as they are! (Just a small critique - Kevin sometimes seems a bit condescending towards Maria but other than that they all seem to get along.)

Love your podcast, and we're so impressed with the level of insight, conversation and attention to detail you give each episode just minutes after it airs. This podcast is for die-hard fans who want an intelligent analysis and celebration of the best show on TV. It's also much more satisfying than the show's official "Insider Podcast" which too often meanders into flattery and self-congratulation. Can't wait till next Sunday's episode and your next podcast!

This is a decent podcast, bonus points for getting it up so quick. I think its a little color and symbolism heavy. Sometimes it is what it is. A red shirt is a red shirt and a striped shirt is a striped shirt. Maria was annoyed that the map was see through at first and then it was a regular map. This wasnt a mistake by the crew, this is a common effect that occurs on the show. If you remember in season 1 when jessie melted a hole in his bathtub disposing of a body the camera angle made it appear that his floor was see through when him and walt were cleaning up. I am pretty sure this wasnt a mistake and jessie actually had a see through floor, instead this is a common effect the creators use to show a different camera angle.

This podcast is just ok for me. I like that's it's on the very next day unlike the others but the material and conversations are just ok for me.

I really like that this is the first Breaking Bad podcast to get posted each week. It's great to listen to right after the show. Maria, I love you and your laugh!

Love to hear other viewers' take on what the heck is going on with Walt, Jesse, Mike, Hank, Sky et al. I clearly missed many of the talking points discussed on the AfterBuzz show and had to watch BB a second time just to pick them up. (i.e., use of color; Mike feeding the chickens and saying that there is enough for everybody ,relating to Gus and the drug business) Great guests, as well. Count me as a fan.

I was ok with the podcast until the episode "Hazard Pay" where one lady in the podcast could mistook a scene from Scarface for Godfather.

I am so glad I found this show, after watching breaking bad in a family where my wife wont watch it and I dont know anyone well who does watch it this is a great way for me to feal as if I get to talk about it. The hosts on this show are awsome, I fantisize about a beautiful Maria Minunoz and they hosts are so funny and so vibrant about the show itself

I really enjoy listening to this podcast - try to catch it as soon as it is available. It usually leads me to re-watching the episode to pick up on all the things pointed out here. The hosts are really insightful and entertaining as well. Keep up the good work! I think at some point Walt will have to choose between Jesse and his real son - and poor Jesse might be eating a bullet (or poison). And I would love to watch a spin off with the lawyer!

I have been critical of this podcast in the past, but that said, I think the crew did a great job on this episode. The podcast is sounding much more professional lately. You guys pointed out some great things from this episode that I had missed during my first viewing. This season, I have been watching the show live, then listen to the podcast on Monday and then rewatch the show again to see the things the pod casters pointed out. I highly recommend these viewing habits and highly recommend this podcast. Keep up the good work

I enjoy the After Buzz podcasts and find them pretty entertaining. I really appreciate the quick turnaround on posting them after the shows air. They're definitely the fastest to the market, so to speak. Everybody blends well together and the conversation is always interesting. If the team wants to make the podcasts better, here's a few things I'd like to offer up: 1) Please do your "plugs" at the start of the show and get them out of the way. While I appreciate that this is a free podcast and you need listeners to support you to keep the lights on, I'm finding it annoying that I have to listen to incessant plugs for support throughout the entire podcast. It breaks up the flow of the discussion, guys, and that's not conducive to keep people tuning in. 2) Please have your questions ready to go when you're going to interview someone. The interview you did in your coverage of the "Live Free or Die" episode was … not great. I don't hold the technical problems against you because that happens, but … you just didn't sound prepared and there was a lot of stumbling around and disjointed discussion as a result. Strictly points to consider with future podcasts. Thanks for taking feedback from listeners! :)

The panel always knows what they are talking about and they really go in debt. Really great to listen to and get other perspectives on what they thought about this weeks episode of breaking bad. Just discovered this today and instantly became a loyal follower! Can't wait to listen from now on. Anyways, great panel no one acts like a jerk or above anyone else which is important in these kind of things. I dont know what else to say, its just really good. WATCH/LISTEN!
