These guys will make you laugh, full of perspective and so much cheer. Love the dork-out voices and 10th grade to grad-school-level jostling & jester! Update -I came to this podcast after sulking over a show I and a lot of co-workers (and other people I know) used to love, scratching my head, asking “what happened?” I thought I was alone but then I found LSG’s coverage of the show. I can’t thank these guys enough for all the entertainment they provided and for their great dedication to their craft as podcasters —that led me to their other shows, sad to see this end, but I completely understand. This podcast should live on as long as The Walking Dudd does! Wait! Um, on second thought, way longer than that!

Dude, I gotta say you guys are just frickin great. You’ve gotten me through a lot of long road trips and plane rides. I’m sad to see the podcast go.

I’m not sure why they are doing this podcast. They clearly hate the show. Not sure if I’ll stick with it, but their Science Fiction Movie Podcast is very good.

Seriously, listen to this, and get notifications for the live recording. It's a hell of a party. Dean and Matthew go in-depth on each episode, and it's funny as hell. At some point, Matthew will take a break, Dean will play music, and it's a dance party break from all the death and mayhem of Morgan clearing or Negan killing innocents. Then it's back to business. This is at the top of the mountain of podcasts. We'd listen for longer, but Matthew would take even longer breaks, and Dean would need a nap.

I listen to a lot of different TWD podcasts and this one is by far the most entertaining.

In a sea of Walking Dead podcasts that either take themselves and the show too seriously or worst, have no ideas what they are talking about, these hosts, Dean and Matthew are both entertaining and insightful. This is a great podcast.

It really is a shame that this podcast isn't more known. I've listened to a few others and none compare to Matthew & Dean. These guys actually watch the show! They know the characters (even the minor ones), understand the plots, and actually give insight on the show rather than just rambling on. They understand that a show about "zombies" is going to have death, violence, and gore. And they are funny as hell and entertaining! If you're looking for a Walking Dead Podcast to compliment the show- choose this one.

I listen to many podcasts of the show and listened recently to your cast about the mid-season finale. What a breath of fresh air!!! Yes, you may have been drunk and had some questionable language. 😉. But you actually like the show and don't spend the podcast talking about how above it you are! As a result, you actually talked about interesting themes in the show most others missed. I'll definitely be back for the back half. Thanks!

I love Matthew Anderson. I wish he could be on every LSG media broadcast.

The title says everything you need to know about the quality of this podcast. TWD lost me as a viewer when they couldn't stop trolling their fans last season with the dumpster and the finale, and when they decided to play cute with the opening scene of season 7's premiere. So AMC lost me. But LSG hasn't. Unlike TWD, LSG has a long record of really loving their listeners and including them in the process of podcast-making, unlike any other show I've ever listened to. Their Facebook pages feel like different rooms in a family home, and there's an open invitation to come in and make friends. So even though I am now a TWD-hater (or TWD-Indifferenter), I can't not come home and have a good laugh at Dean and Matthew agonizing over how much of a dumpster fire this show has become, even if they ARE more open minded than I am and are able to find some gold in this pile of excrement. I know I won't miss anything from the show thanks to their detailed analysis of pretty much every scene, and I'm much more entertained listening to them than sitting in front of an inferior TV product. Way to go, guys, and thanks for taking it for the team!

Love the energy and humor of these two guys. Dean and Matt have so much fun together while recording. This is my only podcast I give a listen to.

I just discovered this podcast this week and already I've downloaded over 20 episodes. I'm just binging them as fast as I can before the season finale this weekend. I was laughing SO hard when I heard last weeks episode, my boss (who sits next to me) looked like he was getting ready to kick me out of the office. In my attempt to cover my laughs I kept snorting. Totally worth the dirty looks at the office.

This podcast is outstanding. Great analysis and also LOL funny. I look forward to listening to this every week during TWD season. A must listen for any down to earth Walking Dead fan. The Game of Thrones one is awesome too!

This is the premier WD podcast around. The LSG crew never takes themselves to seriously but still add critical analysis when needed. If you ain't part of the LSG Nation... You're missing out.

Love the podcast 90% of the time, but sometimes want to throw my ipod down and stomp on it when they beat what started out as a really good joke into the ground (eg-"class a f*ckery").

Dean is always excellent. Matthew is usually good and offers interesting comments and insight. The one big negative for me is Matthew's incessant Ed-McMahon routine. He is constantly yes-man laughing and reacting to every even slightly amusing comment Dean makes. ("Uh, huhhhhh!!!"). Notice that Dean doesn't do the same thing in response to Matthew's witty remarks. At least it is better than Matthew's previous pattern of moaning "oh, my God!" in response to Dean's funny comments. It seriously sounded like the guy was about to climax. They are consistently great on content but this style issue is grating.

You guys should make a regular podcast on current events. You got my download every week!!!

Another LSG podcast, and the first one I started listening to. I absolutely love everything Dean and his friends are doing on these podcasts. I can't wait for the next season to start to have more to listen to. I feel like I'm listening to friends talking about the show. I especially enjoy listening to this because I don't have too many people in my real life who actually watch this show. I love how they discuss the character's motivations and really dig into the episodes. I also like that they do listener feedback at the end and react to it. And I can't get enough of Dean saying... BITERrrrsssss!

If you like the Walking Dead and you aren't listening to this podcast after every week, you're only getting half the fun! These guys are insightful, hilarious, and non-stop entertaining. Hands-down the best Walking Dead podcast out there.

I found this podcast while looking for some Interstellar movie synopsis. I am so glad I found it. Dean and Matt are some really down to earth guys. Listening to these guys make me feel like I am right there with them. Lots of jokes, some profanity, voice impersonations, some facts and behind the scenes if they have them available. Lets not forget Jessica as she is awesome as well. All I know is that I can count on them to give me quality entertainment for my time. Grab a beer, sit back and relax because Im sure you’re gonna have a good time. They also have another show called The Science Fiction Film podcast which is Amazing!!!! Good job on Primer Jessica!

Excellent commentary and analysis, and most importantly, these guys (and sub-host girl), have an awesome sense of humor. If you're really into the walking dead, this is the podcast you want to listen to.

I listen to maybe 5 different Walking Dead podcasts a week and this is one of my favorites. These guys are intelligent, funny and insightful. They're not making the same observations over and over again like some of the other podcasts. They go beyond the obvious.

I think this is the best podcast on The Walking Dead there is. Very entertaining and they get to the point. They talk of the show and not a bunch of off the wall stuff. Love this and will listen for as long as they make the podcast.

The walking dead is my favorite show. I've tried out almost every podcast on iTunes covering the show. This is only one of two podcasts that I like to listen to. Im really really picky about what I like. I'm so glad I gave them a try. The guys are really funny and they don't skip details when talking about each episode. They don't have a monotone, droning voice like other podcasts. Highly entertaining. One request would be to podcast on old seasons. I would love to marathon listen to past episodes not on the feed.

Different than other recap/analysis podcasts and to be honest, it's probably my favorite. Matthew and Dean do a great job and for anyone looking to carry their Walker obsession over another day of the week, this is a must-listen to show.

This is a good new podcast for Walking Dead fans. The hosts are funny and have interesting, original commentary on the episodes.

A throughly entertaining and enjoyable experience! If you are a fan of TWD then this is the Podcast for you. Dean, Matt, and sometime subhost Jessica will give an in depth review of each episode. But I warn you, you never know when you will burst out laughing...so steer clear of liquids, driving, and sharp objets. These guys are hilarious and aren't afraid to show it!

I've been a fan of walking dead since its initial launch a few years ago. Listening to dean after an episode really adds to the experience.

For someone who isn't really into the show. The discussions between Dean and Matt are pure gold! Always released quickly and always keeps a listener coming back for more!

The fact that they are fans really comes across. Very relaxed and it makes you feel like your taking to your buddy. This show is not simple survival horror and these guys get that. They delve into the layers. I look forward to the show so I can listen to this podcast.

This is a must have for any fans of the walking dead. Dean and company also have the Science Fiction Film Podcast for those who enjoy good sci fi. I started listening to this cast a few months ago and was completely hooked. Dean perfectly blends spot on analysis with humor to give the listener a fantastic show. Every time I listen to an episode I walk away with great new perspective and understanding. Each episode is spoiler heavy so don't listen until you've seen the episode. This a MUST have!
