    Painfully awkward new hosts
I semi-enjoyed the postcast prior to them bringing on new hosts, and now I don’t enjoy it at all. The hosts, especially Ashley, have zero chemistry and every episode feels so forced. The actual content lacks analysis and usually just lists results in a semi monotone voice.

Wish I could say something more positive
It’s not easy to clean house of a mediocre podcast and make it even worse, but FloTrack pulled it off. FloTrack is one of the few outlets for track & field content and they need at least semi professional broadcasters to build awareness and interest. I’m amazed they aren’t investing more in this medium.

    Thanks for helping Spike out
Been listening to your pod for a while now, since there were three of you, maybe Valencia last year, I was just listening to spike’s pod, the rights to Ricky Sanchez, he mentioned that Jordan let him use his house to record while he was in Austin and it cracked me up. I wasn’t expecting the crossover, even tho I do know Jordan is a Philly guy.

    Almost dunking
I get great value from this podcast as many as three to four times per week. Like benching 200 or dunking a basketball, they know how to achieve goals.

Most comprehensive track and field podcast
This is one of the best track and field podcasts currently airing. Gordon and Kevin have a deep knowledge and love for an under appreciated sport that is infectious and makes it fun to follow along. A great alternative to listening to music during your workouts!

    Great podcast.
Hey guys I love the podcast. You both do a great job. One of my favorites. The disagreements make it interesting.
  • poor voice and lack prep
Kevin and Gordon need to deal with their issues.
Kevin clearly has disdain for Gordon and treats him poorly. Although Kevin is the better track podcast guy, it comes across that he doesn’t want to be there.

    Noah Lyles vs. Grant Fisher
After attempting (made it about 18 minutes before shutting it off) to listen to the latest podcast discussing the USATF mens athlete of the year I was honestly embarrassed to be listening to a case for Grant Fisher over Noah Lyles. At first there seemed some logic but then the more in-depth the conversation went the more I found myself dumbfounded at what was being said and how little knowledge of the sport the host possessed. (I don’t fully know which host is Gordon and which one is Mack). For those looking for a much more well informed podcast I highly recommend podcasts by The Stride Report and Letsrun.com. It’s going to be a long time before I listen to a flotrack podcast again.

If you care the slightest about the sport don’t listen
  • Low power guy
    These dudes don’t know anything
They don’t have anything knowledgeable to say, they just like to listen to themselves talk

    Low quality
This podcast is terrible - please replace Gordon

    Great
I don’t know why this podcast only has a 4 star review. I think Kevin and Gordon are knowledgeable, fun, and entertaining! Highly recommend this podcast to anyone who wants to keep up with our sport.
  • GenderParityisReal
    Disgusting Imbalance of Women’s Coverage
Numerous instances of them providing insufficient commentary on women compared to men. Latest example - their NCAA indoor champs review, they literally spent 65 mins talking about men, and 25 about women. Disgusting.
  • 400rep
    Testosterone
Instead of speaking about the many great things of the Olympics they spent a long time defending the gender problems that it should be left to experts.

    Hosts Ramble On
Love this podcast. It’s the best way I’ve found to stay up to date with track and field and hear takes from people knowledgeable about the sport.

    Awesomeness
Super fun to listen to. Keep it up

    That one unbearable podcast host
I love most of the content and detail discussed, love the daily content, but can’t stand listening to Gordon. He’s unprofessional, has ridiculous takes, and rambles on topics that derail the conversation. If this pod was strictly Kevin and Lincoln, I’d listen more often.

    Tasteless and Heartless
Tuned in today to listen to news about Keira D’Amato’s new American record. Discussion started with tasteless and heartless joke about flying to California for Thanksgiving “to stick it to the Governor.” 250,000 people are dead. Many more permanently damaged. Millions lost a loved one and our sport lost this whole year because of a deadly virus. But these two think it’s funny? Shameful. I tuned out immediately and won’t come back.

    Cool podcast
Only 4 stars bc of the sopranos spoiler while I’m on season 2😐

    2020 London Review cast
It took you 34 minutes to acknowledge the top American, a career best race and PR, and a podium finish?? Come on already.

    Good Listen
Enjoy the podcast, great discussion on all things track and field. I’m especially interested in the collegiate side of things XC / Track and field.

    Great Podcast
Great podcast for someone that wants to keep up with track and field with hosts that know what they’re talking about. Occasional slip ups in audio quality.
  • zugbug1992
Informative but need a fact checker
Since Flotrack is stingy with what they release for free, I have listened to this a few times. Often their facts are wrong, for example, Emma Coburn won a bronze in Rio then changed coaches and went on to win a gold and silver at Worlds. They stated she won a gold at worlds then a changed her coach.

    Overrated vs Underrated
You guys don’t know what the definition of underrated and overrated is. You just placed the good conferences as underrated.

    Terrible quality
Terrible audio. Plus most of the stuff they talk about, you have to look it up on other websites cause you have to pay money to see results or videos or anything for that matter on theirs.

    I love it
As a runner myself this is a great podcast
  • TrevThiebz
    Boring, unprofessional, typical FloTrack
I'm surprised they’re not charging money for this like they do all of their other content.
  • Visc@B@rc@1
    Tough Listen
It should be categorized as amateur. Very unprofessional interviewers, part and parcel with the flotrack set up. It really is a shame due to the varied guests. At least sprinters are also included.
  • Regedit3837261
    Track and Field Gold
These two are awesome. They know there stuff and provide great insight into the sport.
