Great guests but I just listened to an episode where Dean talked more than the guest did. In this case, I wanted to hear much more from the guest to improve my life on the topic.

Dude gets a guest on but loves the sound of his own voice. Incredible lack of awareness.

Im not a die hard fan of Dean’s but I do look at his content from time to time. Today I saw his Instagram post promoting the podcast episode with Rob Riggle. I’m interested in the topic so I came to listen to the podcast. I got some useful info, as always (thanks Dean!), BUT I found myself keeping thinking “just let him talk, Dean! Let him talk!” “Don’t interrupt him!” Obviously Dean is a very passionate person and he shows his passion through high energy. But if you’re interviewing someone, being a GREAT listener is so important.

I am going to tap into the old school confidence from my high school years Thanks giving day game🏈 could not be stopped or blocked that day mindset was very strong and high. The concept is very relatable thank you.

It took me a while to come around to trusting Dean. I do find him authentic, sincere and knowledgeable after learning of his journey. I was in the midst of writing a book on the topic of successfully talking in front of others when on my drive how I listened to his podcast. In this podcast he gave me a golden nugget that spoke directly to the subject matter of my book. I always keep my eye out for such golden nuggets from whatever setting I find myself. The golden nugget was, (“What’s next?” not “Why this?”) There are other ways to say it when referring to the point of a talk, but this captures in 5 words the ultimate reason for the talk. What more do I need to know so I can change and or improve my actions for the better for myself and those around me. Thank you Dean!

Dean is in my ear when I’m Working out or driving to the grocery store. I always ALWAYS come away with an insight, a practical idea that I can take immediate action on to make life even better, more joyful. Plus, he’s just a blast to listen to.

I’m new to Dean, but have been inhaling these episodes like oxygen! As someone in the audio world, it drove me crazy at first that everything sounds like he recorded straight to his phone (and probably did!) Like...this guy doesn’t have the money to have some kind of decent setup??? But then it hit me. He does his podcasts like he writes his books. Completely spontaneous and only when truly inspired. And you know what? It may not ‘sound’ (audio-wise) professional, but I love the off the cuff advice more than the highly produced- and possibly scripted- stuff I hear from other folks in the industry. There’s nothing wrong with that, but this is the real deal. Keep it up, Dean! Loving every one.

I just listened to the podcast about How to Start 2021 and I am absolutely humbled. I started crying as soon as I heard you talk about being able to donate half a million to Operation Underground Railroad - to save the lives of children from sex trafficking. Even as I write this now, I’m holding back the tears. This resonated so much with me because of a recent question by someone I’m close to.. they asked me, “why do you want to become a multi-millionaire”? ... I want to reach that so I can write a $50k check so I can help save the lives of women and children in slavery. It’s not to just be wealthy for the sake of it... but for God to allow me to be part of the opportunity to be part of something bigger. Once I heard you mention Operation Underground Railroad and the reasons for donating - I said to myself - that’s me! And my heart burst... thank you for letting God use you to encourage others like me.

I love this podcast and it’s my go to when I need motivation and wisdom. It’s also entertaining. I love Dean’s energy. I love the fact he’s dedicated to being the best father he can – that resonates with me so much and it’s my motivation to be more successful and buy my time back. My goal is to afford one of Dean’s high-ticket masterminds! Love this and thank you!
