Love exploring the backlog of episodes
I listen faithfully to several other SQPN podcasts but started becoming more interested in listening to the perspectives of the panelists in discussing a very wide spectrum of movies from Inside Out 2 to Bohemian Rhapsody and Minority Report to MCU and DC movies. Whether it is covering science fiction or faith movies like Father Stu, the panelists bring a unique view in the intersection of movie and TV culture and faith. I have been watching or rewatching movies and then listening to a lot of the older podcast episodes. Everyone should be able to find episodes for some of their favorite movie or TV shows.

Profound Podcast and Panelists / Catch Me Up on Shows
On this podcast, I love listening to the many profound perspectives of the panelists about the wide variety of movies and shows (that are reviewed), as I am often brought up to speed on movies and shows, that I have missed out on.

    Like chatting with old friends
When I finished college, I was sad to leave behind a pal or two with whom I loved to stay up and chat about movies. We talked Star Wars, Star Trek, Mission Impossible, Lord of He Rings, Firefly, etc.... Listening to this podcast almost feels like reliving old times. The panels are neither too critical nor too laid back. All of the commentators are engaging, insightful, and fun! I only just discovered the SQPN podcasts, but I’ve already binge-listened to Jimmy Akin’s Mysterious World, and am now on the Secrets of Movies and TV. Definitely give them a try, whether you’re Catholic or not. You won’t regret it!

    Great Panel!
Although I missed Fr. Roderick’s input, I thoroughly enjoyed the discussion between Jimmy, Dom, and Fr. Cory. Deep thinkers, they all provided a very interesting analysis of a movie I’m still hoping to love.
