As an unorganized “normie”, I can’t get enough of Matt’s content. Need to understand his personality to “get it”. Great format with the questions. Keep them coming !

Uncle Matty can come across a tad gruff and unpolished, but if you know his background, like the fact that he was very successful in the financial world, got fired and forced out of his own firm, has debilitating anxiety about driving his own amazing car collection, etc. and still manages to build this amazing business and community from the ground up …it’s an amazing listen.

Can’t get enough. I listen to each episode multiple times. Keep ‘em coming!

Matt knows detailing and has brought together a nice range of products, but I advise caution as he can be inclined to rant about COVID, politics or anything he considers stupid. It can be a tough listen when that happens because then he’s mostly just frustrated. Maybe there is a better way to filter the troll questions?

What a bag of wind. Very childish and immature. Rude and talks about the same boring crap every time I check out an episode. Enough already on pressure washers and who gives a flip about your thoughts on stereos? UNSUBSCRIBED.

I love car content and playing in my garage but this has a little bit of that but mostly whining about life. I gather that’s due to the OCD but when you boil it down, it’s mostly a guy who has heavily biased opinions based on his own perceptions rather than facts. I literally don’t know how much I can take about hearing about pressure washers. It should be called “mostly talking about pressure washers and spray bottles”. I bet you most successful car guys spend almost zero time thinking about freaking spray bottles as opposed to Matt who has literally dedicated his life to talking about them.

If you don’t like this podcast, it’s probably you. Whiny people complaining about a guy giving you his knowledge are the only people that give this negative reviews. And why? Because he’s not nice enough about it? Go wash your kias with a sponge

This is the most negative podcast I’ve ever listened to. I sub to almost every podcasts about cars and honestly Matt just seems like a miserable person. It’s like he actually hates talking about this stuff at all.

Came here from Matt’s YouTube channel (5/5 stars there). There’s some useful information on the podcast, but there’s a general angst tone and Matt seems to be whining quite a bit, so after a trying a couple episodes, I’m going to unfollow. Cheer up buddy!

When I saw this title I thought it would be one on detailing and garages and things like that. Nope...just this annoying sounding guy who thinks he’s all that and a bag of chips and thinks he’s entitled and better than you. WASTE OF MY TIME!👎

Great podcast, very engaging, and it brings Matt’s whole spectrum full circle. Listening to it has made me laugh and bring a tear to my eye. I’m glad there’s other people out there that think the same way I do. There’s a lot of inspiration in here if you listen for it!

This podcast is easy to listen to and doesn't cover too much complex topic. This is something great to listen to in the background and it's interesting to hear how Matt thinks as I seem similar tendacies in me.

I listed to 5+ episodes. Rough. Best I can tell this guy has a podcast to tell everyone how highly he thinks of himself. I was expecting something on car detailing or at least decent quality interviews.

Because he is so detailed and thorough. Get rid of all the audio fluff esp now that the air conditioning dude is no longer thank goodness no offense. Hope Matt takes this format more seriously and commits to the podcast format like a pro would. It’s more his style than YouTube videos. Good luck!

I listen to lots of podcasts. This one is outstanding. I started watching Obsessed Garage (OG) on YouTube a few months ago and caught the detailing bug. I thought I had been cleaning my car the “correct way” for years but wasn’t; I was destroying my clear coat. Like most things, the more you learn about it, the more you realize either laziness, ego, confirmation bias, or accepting mediocrity stands in the way of developing skill or mastery in a field. Thankfully, this show goes beyond OG’s consistent brand of oddly enjoyable longform technical diatribes and the methodical application of Matt Moreman’s research in the automotive field. Depending on who you are, for better or worse this podcast isn’t really about detailing or cars. It’s a left brain and a right brain having a conversation. I often think of Bryan as captaining the right- the thoughtful, emotional, and creative beating heart, leaving Matt as the clinical, cold, calculating left. Sometimes they switch sides. These two are giving eachother PhD-level therapy sessions without the onerous guilt of paying for it or slogging it out with academic quackery. There’s a vulnerability on display that’s rather bold and unique for the medium. It’s reflected in honest discussions of family, career and the life lived in between. Bryan is typically first to drive at a deeper psychological reason for why Matt is the way he is, and Matt will parry and respond with his own psychoanalysis of Bryan. There’s moments of clarity in here that are seemingly magical for either them or the listener, much owed to the humility and willingness to experience the collapse and exposure of one’s ego in a public format. Bryan’s production is top notch. It’s one of the more addicting shows on my roster.

Matt & Bryan are a great combo that I just can't get enough of. The show is both hilarious and informative at the same time. Week to week you never know what will be discussed or said, but I can guarantee that it will not disappoint. I love listening to this podcast and cannot wait for more episodes.

Really digging these 2. I throw this on while working in the garage and it just puts me in a good mood. Matt and Bryan are like the Odd Couple. Great guys, great advice, great entertainment. Keep doing what you're doing fellas.

Really like listening to the podcast. Like the conversation style.

Bryan Orr and Matt offer a sophisticated, nuanced and refreshing look at car ownership and overall life philosophy from a distinctly middle class US perspective. As a car enthusiast and ambitious self employed individual I love the values and topics Matt and Bryan discuss from cast to cast. I find Porsche community interactions some of the most enjoyable and interesting relationships I have.

This is the worst. Its like the cool story bro podcast. An hour of OH and that one time I did that thing and then the one guy did that other thing and man he was a guy and how about how that one thing ended up happening.

Nothing short of awesome, really enjoy listening to these podcasts on my commute to work. Keep it up! Edwin Duran,

I'm obsessed with this podcast I listen to it as soon as a new episode comes out. Great audio quality too compared to other podcasts nice and clear and loud where I don't have to turn my sound up all the way to just barely hear them. Lots of good insight on Matt and Bryan's life. Love hearing them bicker back and forth too.

It was great hearing, not only Matt's story, but other people that are "obsessed". I really enjoyed Sean's story in the first full episode and cannot wait to hear more while on my commute to and from work.

I've been watching Matt's videos for over a year and he has helped me develop my own regime for detailing. Keep em coming!

I know that if I were to show Matt my car maintenance schedule or even let him see the interior of my car, I would be banned from the Obsessed Garage forever. However, I started listening to the podcast and I was hooked! I am pumped up about keeping my car in better shape (and my messy office too). Give it a listen, you will probably be hooked too. Perhaps you should listen while picking up your office or organizing your garage.

I love what Matt is putting into the world. It's ok to be obsessed...and I'm stoked to hear Matt share his journey.
