I really enjoyed the episode with Michelle Berman-Mikel. Her information really opened my eyes to thinking differently about how I leverage social media for my real estate business. Definitely saving this one to listen to again!

Listening to the podcast is just like being in the room. I’m always tuned in!

Some episodes have a really annoying ring or beep every couple minutes and I literally had to stop the episode. Take the time to edit those out!! I’ll listen to something else for now.

This podcast is an amazing tool for realtors-beginners & veterans alike! I was told about it by another agent at my brokerage who listens to it. He is not new to the business and still finds it useful. I am a new realtor in Michigan and I LOVE listening to this podcast any chance in the day that I get. One of the speakers I found most educational was Ali Garced. I appreciate all of the pointers I have gotten from this podcast so far, and I plan to continue listening to it, as well as to tell other realtors about it!

I stumbled on this podcast by accident. I’m a real estate agent. I really am enjoying these episodes, great advice. Especially, doing hard times with interest rates being so high. I’m from Southern Louisiana, New Orleans. Also, homeowners insurance is through the roof. I’m sure folks that are in Florida and other southern states are experiencing that too. My clients, oddly enough, or more worried about HOI than rates. Keep doing these episodes they’re wonderful.

Ali was awesome! Learned so much from her processes and episodes! She is kind enough to share everything she knows and her checklists. A true rockstar agent!

I really enjoyed DJ’s interview with Ali. Her enthusiasm and real talk. I loved her checklists and unique way of connecting with clients via video. I loved how she approached getting started in real estate. I really enjoyed the episode and it got me hooked on this podcast.

I discovered this podcast by stumbling on Ali Grace’s episode where she describes the buyer checklist and system she has in place and I was very impressed. I struggled as a new agent to put thing together and she makes it seem so simple - even though I am sure it also took her time and experience to figure it out. The fact that Ali is sharing not only the steps on the podcast but also giving exact details of how to communicate (especially the use of videos!) is very VERY helpful. Thank you!!!!

I listened to an episode when browsing podcasts. It seemed helpful at first, but when it came time to actually sharing the resource, it turned into an EXP pitch requiring an appointment to be booked. They didn’t share this requirement until after they asked for all of the contact information…

DJ is a gracious host asking fun and thoughtful questions. Let his guests inspire your minds. You are certain to come away with a fresh idea for your business.

This show has a great concept and I wish I could listen to these guests on another show. In my opinion, the host cannot get to questions directly enough. The length of his questions or descriptions leaves me forgetting what his initial talking point was. In the episodes I’ve listened to he cuts guests off all too often. I also can’t help but notice how he spends much of the interview talking about his own perspectives, thoughts, opinions. If the host has topics to go off about he should do solo episodes. If a guest enters the conversation the interviewer should do more question and listening to teach the audience as opposed to talking about his own opinions at great length deterring the conversation. If we can hear more from the guests I feel as an audience we can get more value.

Host is a gifted interviewer with the knack for asking both important and interesting questions. Love this format of interviewing the top 1% in a specific field. I’m not a realtor but didn’t matter. I was entertained and learned new aspects about the industry. Kudos. I’ve subscribed.

Real Estate is not in my wheel house however I learned a great deal from D.J. Parris and his guest Ryan D'Aprile. Many of the key components did translate into my lane such as networking and always.....'the fortune is in the follow-up'. I appreciated how D.J. would stop at certain points to give a definition/explanation to those of us not familiar with real estate lingo and that was great! One last point, for me, working remotely posed several challenges because now all my communication was forced into Zoom, TEAMS and Skype. As a person who stutters, this pushed me completely out of my comfort zone but I knew I had to adapt because failure was NOT AN OPTION. Thank you again DJ for a great episode!!!

It’s really good content for new agents!!! Very helpful! But a lot of promotions & in my option it sounds as if they are running a pro vax campaign!! That’s why only 3 stars.
