    Acknowledging privilege
I appreciate so many of their views on the world and how they’re raising their daughter. I’m an OG listener from the pre-Frankie days and it’s been amazing to see them grow as parents and individuals. Saying that, I’ve been struggling to listen to many of the episodes this season and probably won’t be a returning listener. As a mother who works outside of the home for a two income family in order to the pay the bills, I don’t live near family and have to rely on daycare. It would be nice to hear them acknowledge their privileges in being entrepreneurs who are able to keep their child out of daycare, while traveling and working from home. I find this season to be a little self-gratifying and cringe to listen to as a parent myself.

    Encouraging
As a female entrepreneur in my 30s who wants to have children it’s refreshing and encouraging to hear not just eamon and bec but also their guests speak on parenting and running a business with their partner in their 30’s. Thank you!

    Like chatting with best friends
I recently found this podcast and wish I had found it sooner. Such open honest conversations filled with love, compassion and helpful advice. I’m old enough to be their mom, and I learned so much from them.

What I needed in my life
This podcast has been so wonderful to listen to! Ramon and Bec are such lovely people and I love their candor and raw conversations. This podcast has also helped me realize the importance of reflection and mental health! The guests have all been great, and fun to discover new content creators!

Loving it and can’t wait for season 2
I have been loving the deep conversations. The only feedback I would give is for Eamon and Bec to push themselves more and speak with people who have more of a different perspective and background from themselves such as POC, queer folk, and/or an educator/teacher.

I look forward to listening every week!
You two offer the world so much light that the world so desperately needs. Thank you!

    Binge listened
I don’t always have time to watch the podcast on YouTube so I downloaded a bunch of episodes and caught up on all the Reeroot podcasts binge listening for a few days. It’s so fun to listen to you both just talk about seriously whatever and everything all at once. I love all the real stories your guests tell and all the positivity around struggle, it’s so real and you both make it feel like the listener is there in the room with you. I went back to some of your assumption recordings and pillow talk, bring those back, they’re super funny!

I love this podcast! It is so awesome to hear and learn from Eamon and Bec as well as their guests. I look forward to it every week (will miss it during the break!!) and have already started to implement some of the little learnings from the show. It’s rare to have the opportunity to hear unique experiences from such a variety of people. Thank you for doing such a genuine and inspiring podcast and letting us into your lives!

I’m so glad Reroot came back for a third season and it has been the best one yet! I’ve learned so much from all the episodes and looked forward each week to see what was next! I’m going to have to re-listen to all the episodes to get me through until Season 4 comes out! I can’t wait!!

One of the most impactful shows I’ve ever listened and soooo unexpected
I found Eamon and Bec via Kara and Nate but quickly fell in love with their energy. After following their harrowing healthy journey and beautiful journey into parenthood I didn’t know what to expect from their podcast. But man oh man it is sooooo inspirational, powerful and intentional. I’m always so stunned by how emotional I feel listening to their episodes, I laugh, I cry, I often have to stop what I’m doing and simply listen to their voices as they speak from the heart. Keep up the amazing work 🩷🩷🩷

The most real, brave, inspiring set of people!
I’ve been watching Eamon and Bec since their early YouTube days and have been obsessed with their dynamic energy ever since. What really sticks out to me now is the deep, spiritual topics they delve into and how vulnerable they are in sharing their own stories. I look forward to their new episodes every week!

    Vicarious Living
I’m here for the conversations! I’ve been following Eamon and Bec for a number of years now - which in and of itself tells you there’s something there. I can’t quite pinpoint if it’s their adventures, life, conversation or connections that draw me in…but it always feels like the life I wish I’d had but was always too afraid to have it. At 58 a lot of those days and opportunities have passed for me but getting to live them or hear about them through them is one of the highlights of my day, every week, no matter the guest(s) or topics!

    LOVE!
You are a light to my ears every week! Please keep posting weekly in season 4!

    Misinformation
Positive thinking has overtaken their brand and it’s hard to listen to. Bec got cancer because her friend committing suicide caused her to have stress and her cancer to show. Bec telling Kara that she won’t have another epileptic episode if she thinks positively. Her criticizing people who use social media all while being an influencer- the fakest people on the planet.

    The parenting struggles !
I have been watching you guys for so many years I feel like we are friends in real life. Eamon ! Don’t be so hard on yourself with your style of parenting it’s just not your time YET. My kids are 3 & 4 , the first year they were definitely mommas babies. as they grow their personalities do too. She is 1/2 you … I’m sure before you know it she will be right beside you wanting to help with what ever project you have going on, And Bec ! I’m sure you’re such an amazing mama keep listening to your intuition. But you don’t have anything to make up for. Life never seems to go as planned, especially with kids lolol Love you guys so much I could literally cry about it. Manifesting meeting you guys one day ✨

    Long time love
Followed your journey since early Trinity days (pre-upgrades). LOVE the changes and the inspo you two bring. Thanks for being you so openly. Love the podcast, particularly like the episodes when it’s just the two of you getting into deeper conversations or more in depth than other platforms!

    My favorite podcast
Since we are best friends with Eamon and Bec, I can’t help but fall in love with everything they put their heart and soul into. I know I am slightly biased, but I truly have never loved a podcast more! They have such a gift - the way they are able to have such open and vulnerable conversations with people from all walks of life is so beautiful to watch. I’m on the edge of my seat with every episode! Wednesday can never get here fast enough :) I love these two, and then end up falling in love with all of their guests too!! Keep up the great work friends. One step closer to being the most reviewed pod EVER 💖

I’ve been following Eamon and Bec since 2018 and have always loved how open and accepting and welcoming they are. They are truly an inspiration and have really helped me through a lot of my own struggles. So thankful that these lovely people have started this podcast back 🩷

A Perfect Blend of Depth, Laughter, and Authenticity!
“Reroot with Eamon and Bec” is hands-down one of my favorite podcasts! Each episode dives deep into personal, emotional, and thought-provoking topics, often leaving me reflecting long after it’s over. The guests they bring on are fascinating, and the conversations strike a perfect balance—sometimes heartfelt and emotional, other times lighthearted and funny. I especially appreciate the longer episodes, which allow the discussions to unfold naturally without feeling rushed. It’s like sitting down with close friends for a meaningful chat that keeps you engaged from start to finish. This podcast is a beautiful blend of humor, depth, and authenticity, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for something truly enriching. Keep up the amazing work, Eamon & Bec! -Henry Orea

    Love you guys
We’ve been watching for years and want to love the podcast. But listening to it the mic sounds are uneven and we often can’t hear the guests equally and have to turn the volume way up.

    Insightful and Caring
These two are insightful to the world around them and open to new ideas and ways of thinking. Since they care about the world and the people walking alongside them, they find and share the lessons they have learned. This helps me to think of the world differently. I cannot recommend enough to someone who wants to challenge their own personal mind set. You will not always agree with their opinion; however, no one can deny that Eamon and Bec are doing their part to leave the world just a little bit better.

Love Eamon and Bec, they make you feel like you’re in their living room not however many miles away! Love that they are honest with their feelings, makes you realize they’re human as well and not stuck in your tv !

    Always Inspirational
I’ve been following Eamon and Bec for years on YouTube, but this podcast is totally different … in the best way possible. I start the podcast thinking that the topic doesn’t really relate to me and I leave the podcast feeling that it was exactly what I needed to hear in that moment. They are so inspirational and their guests are very relatable. Eamon and Bec are great at bringing a guest onto the show, listening to their beautiful story, and then getting to all the deep feelings that we are all so good at burying. I won’t miss an episode. Cheers to this next phase of life. I’m here for it!

    So worth the listen
I’ve heard every episode but your conversation with Trent and Allie was amazing. I love watching your pods on you tube - somehow it lessens the loss of your vlog. Bec, I just tried the cauliflower request with my dad and it worked! You’ve inspired me to reignite my spirituality. Eamon, I’m 61 but my first tattoo will say “Love More” Thank you for creating content that’s real and inspiring!

    Not the Revamp We Expected
I used to love ReRoot when it was casual (2018), but these episodes are getting worse with the disinformation and toxic environment between Bec and all the other guests (Eamon included). These podcasts are so long, 2 hours is crazy, I initially expected to see a podcast that was 30 minutes to 1 hour. The amount of times I’ve seen Bec dominate the conversation and doesn’t let other people speak isn’t good and she shuts them down. Eamon clearly isn’t enjoying the podcasts and is just there because Bec wants him to be. They aren’t listening to their commenters/reviewers for the past month and desperately need to spend an episode addressing them. Also, some of their guests are very controversial too. What got me though to unsubscribe is that their stance on using spiritual wellness which they have shoved onto their guests. As a scientist, I can’t support that stance, I was okay with promoting mental health resources, but they are now promoting a cult lifestyle which isn’t healthy. My suggestion, get rid of the podcast and focus on something else like DIY or cooking videos if you can’t do vlogging anymore.

Breaking the Habit of Predictable Pods
Like many early reviewers here, I’ve followed Eamon & Bec’s journey on their YouTube channel for many years. They are authentic, genuine, radiant humans who shine brightly in all they do. As a fan of podcasts, I was excited to venture into Reroot territory and I’m so glad I did. It’s a delight to expand into conscious conversation with the guests who share more than just the typical highlights to their stories. I crave the depth, the expansion and the connection that are found in these convos - and Eamon & Bec lead each interview in a natural, organic way. I look forward to their inevitable growth and smashing success. Reroot, rewire, and allow yourself the delicious “Habit” of giving this one a listen. You won’t regret it.

    Glad I waited to review
When E&B asked for reviews when first starting the podcast, I almost wrote one b/c I’ve always enjoyed watching them. But I wanted to wait so I could actually give an honest review after listening for a while, and I’m glad I waited. Overall I’ve enjoyed the podcast and I like the deep conversations they get into, positivity, humor. I’m also a daily meditator so it’s nice to hear about Becs experience with meditation and how it’s had a positive impact for her. However, I have been becoming more and more bothered about the health misinformation they are spreading. Regular listeners of the pod would not be surprised to read that I’m referring to the claim that meditation can cure or stop the growth of cancer. Even though there is research on the benefits of meditation (which is why I meditate daily), there is no evidence that it has any impact on cancer and implying such is very concerning (and insulting to people who have lost someone from cancer). I also was very put off by Eamon’s comment that they’ll, “probably go against doctors advice” when planning for a second child. You’re entitled to your own choices but having that viewpoint from the start is scary. Also, he seemed to be stating that Bec’s ovary removal was a mistake when in reality it was probably a major reason why the cancer stopped growing. But instead, much of the cancer recovery success is being attributed to meditation. How they talk about meditation to me is also very reminiscent of Christian cults or other cult type things where people claim to find the “magic cure” or to be “saved” by something. All this has lessened their credibility in my eyes and made me see them differently.
  • Heuehrbs
Extremely disrespectful to people with cancer
Extremely disrespectful to anyone battling cancer to say that cancer doesn’t grow in an aligned body. Immediate unsubscribe. Very cult-like statements and a lot of medical misinformation.
  • mhtp
    Amazing podcast!
Loving this podcast! Very inspiring and comforting to see people connecting and sharing stories that make an impact. I’m on my own health and mindset journey so Bec speaking about her experiences with how powerful meditation and mindfulness is has been such a gift!
