My favorite Friday podcast -River Fish

I agree with Mikey on the topic of being social. If someone isn't comfortable talking to new people, or being in social settings with people they have little to nothing in common with...that's who they are. It's not a choice, Putting people like Mikey into those situations is A: going to make that person uncomfortable the entire time and B: going to annoy or piss off the person that wanted them to be in that situation, because they're not "faking it" or "trying to enjoy it".

One of the few wrestling podcasts I still listen to. Conrad and his minions are tiresome. Jerry, Mikey and Mike are awesome! Keep up the great work.

I want to like it but they make it hard to. It is good when they talk about wrestling but they rarely do. They need a better host that can keep them on topic and not lead them so far from topic you have no idea what is going on. I don’t think he even wants to talk about wrestling most shows. Mikey is very funny & Jerry is great and we need wrestling talk from the 2 wrestling legends.

Been listening to this since day one. Gets funnier each and every episode. This is a three way dance that should always b a broadway. Thank u three each week for giving us what we want. That’s laughs, wrestling and a look into ur real lives. Thank u

I've recently become nostalgic for my time as a wrestling fan when I was part of the cult of ECW. Honestly, I was obsessed. As a teenager, I'd never miss an ECW Arena show despite my parents hesitancy at dropping me off at what they called a "fire trap" (and of course I never told them they actually used fire). Decided to search for a wrestling podcast to get me through my workdays, and this is the first one I've given a listen to. Haven't had to try another one yet. I am totally addicted to this podcast. The three men have great chemistry, and I always find myself in tears while listening. Especially when Mikey does his hysterical impressions. Their stories are great, and you really get a glimpse of what it was like to be in the locker rooms of not just ECW, but others as well. So well done and I'm looking forward to catching up on all the episodes I've missed.

Awesome, hilarious show. Especially during times like these, this is a great show to listen to and escape from the day to day. It’s a lot of fun to feel like you’re hanging out with Freland, Jerry, and Mikey every week.

I look forward to Wednesday mornings every week because of this show. I could be having an awful day but I’ll turn FRM on my headphones and my day is better. I always get a few good laughs, particularly at Mikey’s impressions (Andre the Giant kills me), but i always learn something interesting about a business I’ve been following for over 20 years. It’s really interesting to hear the perspectives of two great talents who’ve with a variety of experiences, and Mike Freeland does a good job of keeping the topics interesting. I would recommend this pod to anyone. Keep up the great work.

Easily the most entertaining wrestling podcast out there! It will make your furry heat fuzzy, and give you an urge to lick your non-balls baba! Keep it up guys, I dig laughing with you every week.

Amazing podcast. I listen to a few but this one takes top priority. It’s hilarious. I guess being a wrestling fan helps since it’s mostly about that, but you won’t regret listening.

This is a must listen to... it doesn’t feel like they are doing a “show”. Just 3 guys sitting around like blithering idiots sharing more than stories from the road. If you don’t laugh And enjoy their random conversations there is something wrong. Keep up the great show!

This show is awesome for old school hilarity. Mikey/Jerry/Mike share awesome stories. They pull back the curtain on the life on the road.

If you are looking for an in depth, organized “Conrad Thompson” podcast, this ain’t it, nor is it intended to be! This is just a hilarious hour-ish of two former world champions telling stories and busting balls. Just don’t call Mikey fat, or he’ll block you on Twitter!

THIS IS NOT YOUR AVERAGE WRESTLING PODCAST!! This is NOT an overproduced, stale, starchy, gimmick-ridden discussion, where they have clearly scripted the episode down to the “candid moments” and punchline setups. This is reminiscent of how some of the greats of wrestling would have performed back in the day: they would have called it in the ring! It’s all over the place but entertaining none-the-less. Mikey does spot-on impressions and while Jerry plays it cool, the host Mike Freland knows how to provoke these two to point where they’re all in tears… Another wrestling podcast, in an already oversaturated market…? This one is refreshingly hilarious. They’re clearly having fun! Thanks guys!!

Listen, I love you guys and I’m absolutely your target audience, but this podcast is a mess. Please take this constructively: get some help from people who have more experience producing and editing a podcast. I came aboard at ep#6, and it was brutal trying to get through it. But those 86 minutes could’ve been distilled to 25-30 that would’ve been entertaining as all hell. And hopefully it would’ve eliminated the technical problems that were impossible not to notice: static, clipping, and geez, you even had a short loop that repeated itself. If you expect your listeners to make it through a whole episode, you can’t put out product that sounds like no one on your end listened to the whole episode. I really hope you can make some improvements. I really want to like this show.

Jerry Lynn is the greatest wrestling mind I’ve ever met. But he can’t play Guitar Hero as well after a few drinks. Or this would’ve been 6 1/4 stars. Definitely recommend

Great podcast love hearing about ECF’NW the stories that whipwreck and Jerry can tell are great they have great chemistry sometimes one hour is just not enough for I’m looking forward to the future of this podcast

Love the show. As an ECW fan since the beginning I love this show hearing Mikey and Jerry tell stories and banter back and forth. The rapport is second to none and it’a fun listen. In a crowded field of wrestling podcasts this one stands out!

There a ton of wrestling podcasts out there but this is one that stands out from the others. It is unique in that it is almost an analogy series where the events are retold but even better in that it is the people who were there in the beginning. If you were a fan of ECW especially in its early days, this is the podcast for you. Looking forward to future episodes and hopefully will have other hardcore legends telling their stories.
