I put on a podcast thinking I could relax and laugh because I could use it and I got called a loser for being single. Well Taylor swift lip synths and mimes her concerts and she has played all of you.

The snakes have been giving us so much food and it’s just the best. Like Taylor they’re also in their hype-productive era and I LOVE to see it! It always brings a smile to my face to see a new eoas episode. Madeline is so funny and charismatic and Zach is really smart and their joint slay makes it the greatest podcast ever!!!!

This podcast used to be informative and refreshingly honest in how it discussed Taylor Swift, acknowledging both her flaws and her strengths. However, it has since devolved into a “mean-girls” show where anything Taylor does is belittled, ridiculed, and dismissed. Honestly, y’all are no better than the gaylors. And its sad how they have become part of the fandom who refuses to move beyond the ex-boyfriend narrative and actually take the time to read and understand her lyrics. No wonder she speaks to us less and less – it's because of 'Swifties' like these.

These two are fantastic! Every form of content that they create is enjoyable and informative. I have learned so much Taylor Swift lore from these two. While the occasional “She can do no wrong” takes from certain fans are okay, these two are actually not afraid to say what we all think sometimes. This show is never boring. The conversations flow between the two so naturally. Zach and Madeline are my favorite podcasts hosts. I will recommend this podcast to any Taylor Swift fan I can

Love tuning into this podcast when I'm at school or on a long trip it keeps you entertained and it's just so much to offer I started watching Swiftologist and came over to the pod spring 2024 and don't regret it!

This podcast is HANDS DOWN SO GOOD. The tea and funny tangents are 100/10. I just recently became a Taylor fan and this podcast is such an essential part to leaning her history. LOVED IT! The hosts seem kinda mean and curse 24/7 to a point that it seems excessive. No hate, I’m sure not every episode like’s that, but it bothers me.

I found Zack on YouTube and since I’m in my Taylor Swift era, I jumped on the podcast. I’m listening to 2012 and I missed so much TS stuff. Zack and Madeline hold no punches. They love Taylor but they also understand her. I truly enjoy the looks in to the fandom that they serve. I’m hooked.

OMG. FINALLY. A GOOD TAYLOR SWIFT PODCAST!! They portray Taylor in the real light, and are hilarious, with best friend personalities, and my favorite part…THEY ARE AS OBSESSED WITH TAYLOR AS WE ALL ARE. They are awesome! They make you feel seen. As TS says: “It’s nice to have a friend..” :)

It’s the oddest thing — I heard this podcast essentially by accident, I don’t even know Swift’s music that much, and I’m wayyyy past the target audience, yet I just love this show because of its creators. The friendship and chemistry between the co-hosts is lightning in a bottle — both are smart, funny and opinionated but so are many podcasters. What really sets them apart is a quality that is increasingly rare across all media — they are genuine. They genuinely have fun with this, they genuinely like and respect each other, they are genuinely sharp and articulate, they genuinely think through their opinions and they are genuinely good-humored about their favorite singer and about themselves. People can sniff disdainfully about Taylor Swift all they want (though they shouldn’t because envy is unattractive and who are they kidding) but I will tell you this one thing — any entertainer who can inspire friendships and joint creativity to this degree is actually doing something worthwhile for pop culture. This podcast caused me to actually listen to TS’s new release all the way through — the first time I ever heard anything of hers that wasn’t coming from a radio or grocery store sound system — and guess what? It’s excellent.

Enjoy so much! WHO is this Joe Alwyn? He sounds like nothing.

But then turned on the Joe Alwyn episode and its relentless shutting on him as a person and an actor (who was in multiple Oscar winning movies and never used Swift for clout or career growth) and encouragement of his harassment. After 20 minutes of that filth i turned it off. Now i see where the brain broken Swifties get such behavioural cues, if podcasters are comfortable putting out content like this, then of course the loser bot army will feel comfortable harassing people online. Aside from being toxic, this podcast is two middle American sounding mids squealing about vapid TSwift content, annoying voices and completely brain numbing dialogue. Spiritually obese.

My all time favorite podcast. These two are SO FUNNY and so so interesting. The critical analytical view of Taylor is a breath of fresh air in the current swiftie landscape. Plus their takes are smart, compelling, and make you think. Hosts Zach and Madeline do all of this while having great chemistry and being so much fun!

This podcast brings me so much joy. I love Taylor so much, and love discussion on her that is not rooted in chronically online, bizarre behavior. They look at her through the lens of people who genuinely love her, but not to a point of idolatry. This podcast is borderline anthropological when looking at Taylor Swift’s career, cultural impact, artistic endeavors, and life. There is no stone unturned. Zack and Madeline are effortlessly funny and thoughtful people, and they take away a lot of the shame I felt from being a die-hard Swiftie at a younger age. To put it simply they just ~get it~. Thank you guys for working so hard and sharing it, I look forward to every single episode.

I love that you’re not afraid to bash Taylor at times, unlike other Swifties who portray her as a perfect angel. So funny. But I disagree with some things you say… ESPECIALLY your song taste. Quit bashing Lover and Reputation, please. ☹️. And I love the sass. Y’all are HILARIOUS!!! “I see the troll within” about John Mayer makes me laugh and the bit where you make fun of him in illicit affairs (“hey kid, you want me to sing your body is a wonderland?”) Makes me crack up every time! Anyway, love hearing these sassy cats (Benjamin Button is the best of the Swift cats) hiss or purr over Taylor Swift.

A new episode coming out can make my day. I love listening to them during my morning routine, and are usually long enough to last a couple of days. It’s really funny, and it’s nice to not just listen to endless praise for an hour. No one seems to want to admit that Taylor is an actual person who makes mistakes. I’m a baby swiftie so it’s nice to hear perspectives from older fans too.

I like this podcast because while the hosts are huge fans of Swift’s music, they don’t blindly approve of everything she does. They know allllll the deep lore about Swift’s life and career, so if you’re looking for an exhaustive history, here you go. Some of the history is more exhaustive than I care about, but I’ve really enjoyed listening, even though I disagree with a lot of their opinions about the music (justice for Lover!).

This podcast provides an engaged, thoughtful, and nuanced perspective about Taylor Swift as a celebrity & cultural figure.

Zack and Madeline analyze the life and times of Taylor Swift through the unique lens of a longtime fan who is willing to be critical of her where appropriate. Even on the areas where I disagree with the hosts, I appreciate their perspective in how it is unique from mine. I think there are things to be learned here for every Swiftie, both in terms of learning the lore and learning how to be comfortable with GOOD FAITH criticism of our favorite pop star. They have also cultivated an amazing community of and safe space for Swifties with a variety of opinions in their Patreon and Discord. Those who think they hate Taylor clearly have not engaged in good faith with this podcast and should listen to the adoration with which they describe their relationship to her work and history with it.

I love listening to this pod on my way to work, Zack and Madeline both have such great personalities it makes the time fly by. They do such a thorough job at chronicling the life & times of Taylor Swift and I am constantly laughing throughout. The only side effect is I keep saying “James what was that” at work and my supervisor thinks I’ve gone insane.

Not only will this podcast give you everything you need to know about the Taylor Swift lore to impress all your friends, but it proves you can still be critical of an artist and still love them with your whole heart (as I do with Taylor). Not to mention the hosts are very charming and witty so there is never a dull moment while listening. Hey kids, history is fun (🥲).
