I came across Joel while looking for more information about Christian epistemology. I found his video “Definitive guide: Christian epistemology” clicked on it and loved what I heard. That lead me to his podcasts and can’t wait to hear more and more of his teachings.

Joel is a good communicator and does a great job helping Christians to think biblically. The listener will be equipped to engage opposing world views and encouraged in their faith during the process.

I love shoe and his love for the Word of God and the importance of a Biblical world view.

Brought here via doc and devo. A could eps in and Joel has me thinking more broadly about who I interact with and how I can better engage them with the gospel. Definitely worth a subscription!

Joel is able to tackle tough questions and objections against the Christian worldview in such a way that those of us who don’t have seminary training , but have a desire to be leaders in our families, and sharing our faith with the world can clearly understand and apply them. I highly recommend!

Joel is a wonderful man of God and great teacher for whom I’ve been blessed to meet in person a few times. His podcasts are both edifying and fruitful and continue to further the Kingdom by spreading the gospel and biblical truth.

Joel is an incredible communicator and teacher. This is a podcast that is directed specifically for men and training them to shepherd in their homes. Joel tackles hard questions and faithfully walks listers through the process of how to defend the faith. Great content and extremely well produced program. It’s easily a five star program.

Love the heart behind this mission. Apologetics is so necessary in today's culture. We're bombarded 24/7 with messages that don't align with God's Word. Church!! Love this podcast. We need more of this, interviews with or dialogue from really smart men that expand our understanding on a variety of issues for the purpose of of encouraging men to honor Christ and lead their families.

Great podcast! The introduction was good. All mics were clear. As far as entertainment level, I would classify this show as intellectually stimulating. It was certainly educational. I have a surface understanding about the epistemological view of Aquinas and Aristotle, but the conversation spurs me to learn more about these historical figures. I also learned somethings. Practically, I can see this information helping in further undergirding my apologetic in evangelistic situations if need be and in teaching apologetics. I thoroughly enjoyed the back and forth, as well as, the mature manor in with the dialog was held.

I’ve been listening to the show for the past year. I love that you’ve added a co-host to enhance your guest interviews. I look forward to future episodes.

Joel’s goal is to make truth clear and to equip the church to think. His podcast is different from other apologetics podcasts in that Joel isn’t just an apologist, he’s a Christian thinker. He covers topics in apologetics but doesn’t just stay there. He is covering topics which will help the church think not just defend. We need more people thinking about the broad scope of life the way that this Finnigus is!

Thank you for your honest dealing with the New Testament text that explains that in the New Testament, we listen to Jesus—the fulfiller of the Law!

This podcast is so insightful and within reach for Christians of all educational and spiritual levels. Particularly as a man I enjoy the challenges to my biblical mandate and learning something new from Joel with every listen. His dedication to discipleship and apologetics has been instrumental to my personal walk as well as how I live my faith in community. He’s edgy, with a very in-your-face style. Having met him offline I recently referred to him as the Joe Rogan of teaching the Christian worldview! I can’t recommend this podcast enough as a supplemental listening to daily bible study and pursuit of Christian living.

I have enjoyed the various topics of this podcast and the thoroughness of the discussions. A great tool for all believers who want to be able to have answers to the questions of the Christian faith. Joel tackles lots of tough topics and doesn’t shy away from the unpopular ones. Great guest speakers and always enjoy the “Sons of Thunder” episodes with his equally astute brother.

Joe Rogan had me for a couple years but not anymore. Parker is the man and turns out his brother is pretty cool too. A lot goes over my head but I’m learning for sure. More Sons of Thunder please!

I like the premise, but rather than making a “controversial” statement, shrugging, and moving on, perhaps given the name of the podcast the conversation could slow down and explain the thinking behind it. Update - Later episodes have resolved the issue mentioned above. Great work on this podcast!

I’ve known Joel for 25 years and have always been encouraged by his passion for spreading the good news and sharing his faith. He is incredibly knowledgeable and has a deep desire for understanding. I’m super excited to see this podcast and look forward to it every week. It’s engaging, informative and many times challenging for me (which is something I need more of). Since I began listening a couple months ago, I’ve been encouraged to share my faith in different ways and by the Spirit have been led into various opportunities to do so. I truly appreciate what Joel is trying to accomplish with this podcast and in his ministry with Cru. I hope this remains a fruitful endeavor and a podcast that sticks around for a while!

Really enjoy listening to Joel and Parker in the Suns of Thunder episode. They’re funny and keep you engaged while talking about some deep stuff. Love the content as well.

Just an hours worth of assertions that can't be defended. Tried approaching the guy on twitter. He can't defend his positions there either. Just weak talking points. Sad.
