Shltmm PodcastHow to Destroy Limiting Beliefs 1/21/25Regardless of how smart, experienced, wealthy we think we are, we all have experienced self doubt/limiting beliefs. What’s so great about Micheal’s conversations and values is that he’s teaching us from his first hand experiences. He’s been there, done it. He’s learned to not beat himself up anymore. It’s important to take that giant step forward, regardless if we fail or not. Just have to get back up and try again. Michael makes everything sound do-able, not that it isn’t hard, but we can make a difference in our life. So much insight in your show Michael!

Gumbo-rouxMy healing journeyListening to the multitude of information in this podcast is helpful as I am beginning a journey to heal not only from my CPTSD from being married to a covert passive aggressive narcissist for over 35 years, but to also go back further in my childhood and heal some of that trauma as I can now understand that it will help with my current trauma and healing from my trauma bond to my narcissist. Michael gives succinct targeted information in a down-to-earth, direct manner that is easily understood by this listener.
