This show has come a long way and is now highly enjoyable. While it used to focus more on northern fishing, they have expanded to have great, applicable conversation with nationwide fishing knowledge.

This podcast use to be great but it’s not the same no more.

In depth and well researched. Presented with passion while remaining down to earth and funny. Accessible to everyone from the hobby fisherman to the tournament angler. Always helping to remind us why we do it is not to just to catch fish. They are based in the Northeast so a little leaning towards that region however have picked up lots of take aways that are useful here in Florida.

This is a great and fun podcast. It is informative, they have great guests, and the fun they have talking about fishing pours threw the speakers. I have learner a lot listening to them talk about various techniques. I love the show!

Episode 300 giveaway! I have tried several fishing podcasts out there and none are as helpful and fun to listen to as Serious is. I might catch flak for this but i put my phone in my PFD pocket and listen to past episodes while i’m fishing. Someday i’m going to hear a tip in realtime and be able to apply it and catch!
