Why is everyone so religious about this show? I don’t see it. They’re no better than anyone else.

Alexis and Jessi really bring the energy and their love of the game to each and every podcast! They do a great job of sharing the mic with women who are involved in the industry and letting them tell the story of their journey through the game. Looking forward to what’s next with a show that seems to get better and better each week!

I look forward to Mondays so I can listen to the latest episode! There are some Mondays where I don't get around to listening - but definitely one of my favorite podcasts! Thanks for covering all topics related to hockey and keeping it informative and light hearted!

Awesome podcast w/ great guests. It’s a must- listen, even though they occasionally slander the great city of Duluth.

“Bardown Beauties” has become my new favorite podcast. Being from Minnesota, I love hearing them talk about all levels of Minnesota sports-youth, high school, college, and professional. But-they interview people that aren’t necessarily Minnesota based, which is great, too! Being a woman, I love being able to listen to Alexis and Jessie, and hear 2 women who KNOW THEIR HOCKEY! I feel that women (including myself) are often criticized for knowing so much about sports, but Alexis and Jessie really don’t care-and keep doing their jobs. Oh, and producer Fred is great, too. I love being a Beaut!

Or Mankato, Saint Cloud, Roch, Saint Paul, Minneapolis, but especially Edina.

It is what it is... a great hockey show

As someone who loves hockey and podcasts about MN hockey, I have to say that Alexis and Jessi bring a really fresh and fun show. So far the guests have been great, and have made for quick easy listens. Great job ladies, looking forward to hearing more!

I enjoyed this podcast... lots of ‘real life’ stories and interesting memories and information on women’s experiences in sports broadcasting and journalism! Episode 3 - another good podcast! I loved hearing about the history of how someone made his way to a job he loves! JAMM

Jessi and Alexis share some really interesting insights and opinions on the game in Minnesota (and beyond) and have access to super interesting guests. It’s been great listening in to the fun conversations and I’m always excited for the next episode. Keep it coming!
