    Such a great resource!!
This is a great podcast for any author! Each episode provides a manageable amount of info with practical steps. The tone is very encouraging with a feel of “you can do this” … so helpful with something that can feel overwhelming! Love it!

Found on a fluke and started from episode 1
What a great podcast! As a new indie author, I appreciate that they value both authors in the traditional publishing and self publishing world…so rare. Great actionable tips. Clarity about algorithm’s, hashtags and more that I thought I knew but really didn’t. Excellent strategy and advice that is doable and not overwhelming. Short episodes I can listen to in small gaps if time. I went back and started from episode 1 and it just keeps getting better.

    On the fence.
I love Mixtus Media. The info available on their website has helped me so much. That said…I don’t feel that this podcast really adds much. Episodes are extremely short and info is light. I almost feel like the podcast is being used to force people to the website by giving them a taste, rather than supplementing it. I’ll continue to listen, but I wish the content was a bit meatier.

Most helpful marketing podcast I’ve found
I so appreciate the actionable tips and supportive vibe that makes marketing feel doable for ordinary - often introverted! - authors. Lots of free tips and resources generously offered, and I love the focus on how to connect with and bless our readers as the priority, making genuine connections rather than big bucks fast. Thank you!

    Guy is useless
I wish this woman had a podcast of her own. This dude adds little to nothing, he’s just on here to give the appearance of a convo. If she had her own podcast, I’d listen, but after a few episodes, his voice makes me want to throw my phone away.

Often the exact question I have
Bite-size information that is actionable and accessible. Thank you. Often the next question is the one I have in my head. Well done. Appreciate your time and expertise.

    Book marketing gurus
We oftentimes get stuck in our own heads when it comes to trying to get our book into the world. Book Marketing Simplified takes these concepts that we oftentimes overcomplicate and simplifies it so we can cut through the noise and actually take action on promoting a book.

    I am a fan!
Both of you have wonderful information to share on book marketing and I love the short episode format when compared to so many podcasts that can go 40 minutes or more but repeat the same information. Thank you Jenn and Marcus!

    Author Essential Listening
This is the easiest and best information I have found anywhere (and I have looked/listened/read a lot) on specific book marketing for authors. Should be required listening for any writer who wants to publish or has already published a book!
