    Alliance Seminars Coaching Review
Sarah asked awesome questions that led to a great discussion on Making Decisions and becoming Toxic Proof. In addition, the topics led to information that will help listeners on a personal growth journey and provide them with decision making practices that they can easily adapt. Sarah has created an outstanding way to take his experiences and those of his guest, to help build community throughout the virtual world.

    Lifeline
Sarah’s podcasts were my lifeline out of a 30+ year toxic relationship. They kept me realizing that indeed, I wasn’t crazy and to keep moving forward toward separation. I’d try other podcasts but wouldn’t make it through an entire episode before coming back to Sarah’s. She’s upbeat, positive and such an outstanding communicator. She is so full of knowledge about not only how the toxic person operates, but also how we (connected to that toxic person) think and respond in and out of the toxic relationship. Thank you, Sarah!!

    Episode 88 needs a redo
I was referred to this podcast by a friend who read the book. Both of us are professional women with senior management roles in the finance industry. Both of us have experienced divorce and gone the self development path. I’ve been on the path for a decade. This topic is a great thing to put out in the world: healing and self development for women who are serious about creating a life they desire and not settling into something by default. Bravo on that. Though, Episode 88, talking about healing and rising up to mirror the qualities we seek in a man to find our “king”, has some serious flaws. The coach is clearly enthusiastic about this work, however, it is clear she speaks as though she has 10-20 years’ experience vs the 5 years she disclosed. The PR background shines through. We hear her love for running her own business and charging lots for her time and all the free content. Ok, fine. One needs sales to generate business. There’s many more layers she’s yet to peel back on her journey, which is fine. Aren’t we all a work in progress? It’s what she’s representing in her remarks about dating expectations and the difference she lays out for men and women as a coach that is problematic. She says women seeking a king shouldn’t jump in bed with him. (Agree) But she says she doesn’t mind if her king needs to Netflix and chill with some other girl in the meantime while they become friends and build trust. “I don’t expect you to be a monk while I warm up to things.” Whoa. Huge red flag. 1) High quality men aren’t looking for one night stands anymore than we are. 2) Why would any self respecting woman invest emotionally into a budding relationship with a man having casual sex with other people? 3) why would a coach place such a contradiction? Reconsider the content here. This is a couple notches below what we consider a truly evolved vibe.

    A Cut Above the Rest
I started listening to your book last night on Audible and I have to say, after devouring 7 books on toxic people and Narcissistic abuse (all my family members score very high in the Narcissistic and sociopathic scales) your book is a cut above the rest as you give a very empowering message. It’s very easy to go victim when your angry at your abusers and mostly angry at yourself for letting them abuse you like that for most of your life. But you call forth the inner light warrior in each person who’s suffered to not be a victim but rise in forgiveness and acceptance of the past. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your work and having the courage to serve others in this realm. Your pain was for a greater purpose. Thank you ♥️
