    Wonderful for Pregnancy and Postpartum
    I listened to this podcast to help me sleep, manage anxiety, and maintain a positive attitude leading up to the birth of my son about a month ago. I’ve now been listening to some of the episodes geared towards postpartum mamas and have loved them! Thank you for these lovely mindfulness practices for us busy mamas, to take a little time for ourselves 💖

    I am currently in my second trimester and I listen to one of the Meditation Mama’s guided meditations every night before I go to sleep. It helps me calm my mind and body, connect with my baby-the beautiful life form growing inside of my, and express gratitude for my body and all of the amazing things it is capable of doing to bring a child into to the world. Sometimes I’ll listen to it multiple times throughout the day especially if it is a hard day or if I am taking a bath. It helps center me, and reminds me to stay present because this short time will soon pass. Thank you Kelly for creating this resource for mamas like me!

    Kelly’s voice is so soft and soothing! Her beautifully worded guided meditations and affirmations have gotten me through prenatal worries, labor contractions and now postpartum stress and sleep deprivation.

    I’m pregnant with my first child and in the first trimester. This meditation podcast was one I searched long and hard for as there aren’t many quality guided meditations out there for expecting mamas. Absolutely adore these meditations, they’re the perfect length and the topics are spot on. I highly recommend this podcast ❤️

    Great Podcast!
    An overall great podcast for anyone working on meditation and wellness! These podcasts include helpful tips and insights for anyone looking to improve their yoga/family/relationships. I have been diving into these types of podcasts for a while and this is one of my favorites and I would highly recommend. From my role, as a future uncle, this has been helpful for me in learning about the process of having a family and what I can do to assist. Kelly is an overall great podcaster/yoga teacher and I would also highly recommend her other podcasts such as Mindful in Minutes. Her business is also called Yoga For You, which is also a great resource!
