My friend Brian shared this podcast with me and told me I’d love it. He was not wrong. This had very quickly become one of my favorite podcasts. Love these guy- Dominic and Ken!

I love movies. I love horror, sci-fi, cult, exploitation movies. I periodically search for new shows to hear. I gave this one a listen, but could not finish the episode. They reviewed the Paul Verhoeven film Total Recall. Love the movie! I honestly don’t know if they did or not. I never made it to the end. Seems all they wanted to do was make fun of Schwarzenegger’s accent and yell a lot. It was funny the first couple of times (I guess), but wow. Talk about beating an undead horse. Every time I thought they were starting to sound remotely intelligent and insightful and start examining the movie, they’d break into yelling in an “Arnold” type voice in a gross display of self gratification. It truly got to the point of demeaning. I’m done with hate in my life. There’s fun criticism and reviewing and there’s just being childish and mean. Delete.

Ken & Dom are amazing hosts. Their breakdowns of the movies are always fun and entertaining. I enjoy the reviews of old favorites and all the new movies they’ve introduced me to. Ken & Dom take turns giving a movie pitch after the movie breakdown. Literally will be at my desk dying (yes, lol) my co-workers looking at wondering what they’re missing out on. I love listening to Dom and Ken break down these ridiculously awesome movies. They have great chemistry and quick wits. Just a lot of fun.

Dom and Ken are two fantastic hosts talking about some of the worst movies ever made (even if I think Samurai Cop is a modern masterpeice). Be sure to check them out!

I haven’t watched The Karate Kid probably since the 80’s and all I want to do is rewatch it now. These guys are fun and entertaining and their banter and chemistry are both great.
