Curious why you always do a VERY noticeable hard cough right before you ask your first question? It's as if it's a signal to another person in the room recording podcast for you. ? Annoying & very noticeable. Also, this podcast is way too short w too many ads. It's really not even worth it to go to the trouble downloading it bc it's so short & FULL of ads.

Ratings review bump! I just adore Lara and everything she does. True Queen Energy! This week’s episode with Chef Andrew Gruel was super interesting. I’ve been thinking for years that some stuff in our food was causing our health issues. About 4 years ago I had a massive ovarian tumor that was thankfully borderline cancerous. Hormones and estrogen is what fed that and I do believe the hormones in my food like chicken contributed. I cook and eat as clean as I can.

Laura is a very authentic interviewer as she draws out the details from each guest. The shows are untimed so each guest is allowed to speak naturally and fully. I’m really impressed with quality of the show!
