tomfarrelly33So ThankfulI’m so thankful I found Susan and Bright Line Eating. I read her book, and I’ve been listening to her podcasts almost every time I get in the car. I realize I’m not alone with a guilty secret, caused by poor character and weakness. At 55, I can’t explain how huge this is. I’ve been able to stop sugars and flours and remain abstinent for 82 days. I’ve been through an international trip, five family birthdays, Halloween and Thanksgiving, and stayed effortlessly abstinent. 10lbs are gone without hunger. This is the final piece that I knew deep down, but my brain and society wanted me to stick with the moderation model. When you’ve been stuck for 4 decades on a weight roller coaster, moderation clearly doesn’t work. Realizing sugar was the catalyst to all my relapses set me free. I enjoy being with a community of others with the same experience, after decades of feeling alone, and that everyone else was managing their eating fine. Listening is an important part of my journey, giving me information, insight, support and encouragement. Thank-you Susan !

Klmdjm6Love itSusan is a wealth of information about the brain science and eating habits. I find her topics to be so fascinating and informative. I really appreciate that she is not judgmental about the eating habits or lifestyles of her listeners. She has a very empathetic personality and it is so needed with the kinds of topics she addresses. Thank you for making this podcast and adding to my week in a positive way!

Jackie B SFPractical, Illuminating and Science-based approach to food addiction and weight lossBright Line Eating works! I was a member of a 12-step fellowship with a similar approach to treating food addiction, but BLE gave me the self-authority and scientific understanding to make the food plan and program tools a sustainable way of life.

Suze712Thank you! This makes me so happy to have all of the vlogs now as podcasts too! I have learned SO much from your vlogs on YouTube over the years and I can’t wait to relisten to them all in this format. Thank you so much for sharing this free information! Bright Line Eating has completely changed my life in so many ways, way beyond weight loss. I am down 50 pounds and living in a bright body that I never dreamed was possible for myself. And I have maintained that loss and stayed in my goal weight range for almost two years now! Additionally, my confidence in myself and what I can accomplish is forever changed thanks to BLE. THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart.

Samson19622005Bright Line Eating was the answer to my prayers!I spent nearly 20 years of my adult life trying to lose weight. Following BLE was my path to amazing weight loss. Before BLE I spent all my energies on losing and regaining the same 30 pounds. With BLE the weight finally melted off, and gave me the road map to lasting weight loss. I am a faithful listener to all SPT has to say!!!
