My boys are 3 and 5, almost 4 and 6. The podcast starts with a simple story, then shifts into some breathing exercises, and then into “imagination” time. At the very end it’s a couple minutes of quiet noise machine style background noise. It’s very soothing. The simple story is enough to keep my kids attention - though sometimes the younger one is a little too jumpy for it. The breathing exercises are good, even if they’re not doing them. The constant reminder from all directions to take deep breaths and be grateful for what our body does for us reinforces its importance and I’m all for that, even if it’s the least engaging part for my kids. Then the imagination part lulls them to sleep. No loud ads or talking to disrupt them. It’s honestly perfect. I only wish there were more episodes!

This helps my little one calm down and fall asleep…he has yet to make it to the end of the story before he dozes off

My child violently fights her sleep i recently discovered this and its literally magic she is so calm and still listening to this i wish it just a little longer for those extra restless nights but still a absolute game changer

I’ve listened to a lot of kid podcasts and this is absolutely one of the best. Perfect for toddlers. We listen in the car and also at bedtime. I love the stories and meditation. PLEASE MAKE MORE! I’d even pay for this one. No ads and no long intro makes it even better.

To anyone considering introducing their kids to these: DON’T. My kids love these, but I find it rather cruel that they released something like this for children with no follow up. Totally understand that the production of a podcast with a brand such as Sesame Street must be no small task, but now I have to listen to the same 13 episodes for years while my children lie there addicted. Kind of wish we never found at this point.
