Love the pod, but personally not a big fan of the generalized ADHD discussion. It’s one thing for Matt to share his experience, I fully support that, but on a broad scale I think it can perpetuate the over diagnosis and over medication issue that is happening. All I’m asking is to please be sure to check the facts surrounding this issue before discussing in the future ❤️

Im from the US and I literally love this podcast and you guys!! lol. I used to watch you both on love island and I always loved Anna and her girl power energy.🤍 and Matt for showing a real man does have an emotional side Im sure you both have inspired so many people to be true to themselves which is energy this world needs more of!! I always look forward to a new show, great advice and stories, and lots of laughs xo

Love the pod, just wish the episodes were longer! Almost feels like it’s cut off unnaturally at the end like “ok gotta go now bye!” After only 30 mins, which is generally quite short for a podcast

I was really excited to listen to this podcast because I loved Anna on Love Island Australia! I have been looking for a light hearted, funny, and relatable podcast and this is just what I needed. I love listening to this when I’m running or working out. Anna and Matt are so funny and give good advice too. Would definitely recommend!!!

First off, Matt and Anna are HILARIOUS with their banter!! It’s refreshing to hear relatable, honest, truthful advise about dating, love, and “situationships”. And did I mention, “Australian accent?”
