As a woman, I find it refreshing to hear how Leo has taken his traumatic past and with the help of therapy has been able to turn it into a story of survival and strength. I relate heavily to the “not above violence” mindset where you refuse to be a victim ever again. A powerful podcast for survivors.

I stumbled across Leo’s TikTok account a month or so ago and binged watched atleast an hour of his videos. When I tell you I ran to Apple Podcasts and found his podcast I am not exaggerating. I spend the majority of my work day listening to it and it sometimes brings me to tears and makes me sob because I can relate to some much of what he’s talking about. These podcasts have done so much for my mental health and the way I view myself and my worth in just the short few weeks I’ve listened to him. There are times I feel personally attacked by episodes 😂 but I think that’s because that’s what I need to hear the most. SO. Thank you, Leo, for making these podcast and sharing your personal experiences with us and helping us realize our self worth and teaching us to love ourselves again!

Stumbled upon Leo about a month ago on TT & have been hooked since. Not only does Leo share with us his wins, but he shares his shadow self as well, which is so refreshing in a landscape where so many others are “faking it until they make it.” 10/10 highly recommend.

I can not fathom the feeling I get when I listen or watch this podcast. Every single time I watch an episode or listen in general, it opens my eyes and has ears at attention because I relate to how he feels. He is 100% honest and I love that

It’s great knowing I am not the only one in this world having the these feelings and how to navigate them. Leo helps me by telling me how it is. Giving examples that I can relate to but the one thing I value the most is his vulnerability. Because he allows us in to show that he isn’t perfect, is human and wants to grow…effing 10/10. I try my best to be a very logical person and I feel like sometimes it’s difficult when logic intervenes with emotion. This podcast helped me solidify what I stand for and what I want for my life. Of when I should socially allow things and when I should draw the line. I always recommend this podcast to whoever lacks self empowerment because it is an amazing trait to have but a difficult one to obtain. It’s so weird how welcoming and relatable Leo is to any of his listeners because it sounds like he just called me on FaceTime and we just had a normal conversation. Hope to meet you some day!
