JerseymeganSooooo helpfulThis is only the third review I’ve ever left online, but after listening to the episode about Google reviews, I think I should do it more:-) I’ve only recently begun listening to Daniel and Nate‘s podcast, but every episode I listen to is extremely helpful and motivating. These guys are pros. They dig deep into topics that are important to all of us as Studio owners. I always come away with practical advice and steps to follow. They are personable and very smart without making you feel stupid. I really appreciate that you guys do this podcast every week and thank you so much for all the motivation and practical advice.

NH7364Finally a podcast for multi-teacher music schools! While there is a lot of info out there for solo music teachers, this podcast is the first I have found specifically geared towards owners of multi-teacher schools who want to scale. They address the exact pain points I have had. It has been so helpful and I look forward to each new episode. Thank you Nate and Daniel!

Chief Half-Breed7-Figure Music SchoolMany thanks and appreciation to Nate, Daniel and 7-Figure Music School for this podcast! Very refreshing and eye-opening to hear such insights and testimonies from teaching artists who have their feet on the ground, and their sights on the possible!! Crafting pedagogy and “business” sense that focuses on people power is so needed today! I really appreciate the conversational approach that asks and reflects on everyday challenges when facing music in our students’ lives, and in the careers of our teachers! Keep on keeping on!

ceebee929Success path carved out by true artist & seeker - sign me up!It was clear to me from the very first episode of 7FMS that Brooklyn Music Factory founder Nate Shaw is a true artist and seeker. His discussion of “finding your why” nudged me to probe a few layers beyond my initial “why” and examine what my most basic fundamental motivation is in my own professional endeavors. I realized that for me (as with Nate), it’s connection. There are all kinds of people who can teach us about how to achieve success, but I prefer to follow a path carved out by a likable, down-to -earth, authentic guy grounded in integrity and creativity and compassion - and that’s Nate. His co-just Daniel also adds a great deal to the show by asking insightful questions and encouraging Nate to clarify comments or get more specific about particularities. The path to success they lay out is one I’ll want to walk my entire life.

ThetoyboxstudioYou can learn a lot from a younger brother… ;-)Full transparency Nate Shaw is my brother. He is my younger brother in fact. So you would think I would be the one imparting wisdom down the sibling ladder. But I am always struck but how much I have learned from him. Nate has inspired me with his passion for music, business, family and community. When we were kids I remember learning how to play a few chords on the piano first and feeling pretty cool as showed my younger brother how to play boogie woogie blues in C. Then Nate decided to learn piano, went to school for it, traveled the world, and became a world class jazz pianist leaving me in the dust. Years later he decided to do the same thing with his business when he launched the Brooklyn Music Factory and grew a thriving seven figure music school in New York inspiring musical families and thousands of students over more than a decade. Though we have different businesses (mine is a small home recording studio and niche podcast) I have learned a ton from Nate over the years about how to run a business, and grow as an individual. This podcast is the culmination of Nate’s many years of learning and experience delivered to you with heart felt warmth and the desire for you to succeed in your business and in life. Nate has helped a generation of musicians grow with a deep love for music, family, and living well. And now it’s your turn to be inspired, learn, and enjoy!! Cheers, Lij Shaw RecordingStudioRockstars.com
