    Andy’s books have given me a lot to work with as a coach, later as a physical therapist “2.0” and he generously answered an email pertaining to small business, providing great practical insight. He seems to take the hard facts of weight training for strength and physique and makes it usable for the general population.

    A complete coach
    I’ve been following Andy’s work since I read his book “The Barbell Prescription.” I honestly think Andy should be more recognized on a National level. His work is detailed, he covers all aspects of the sport of lifting. From bodybuilding, strength training, if you’re interested in conjugate style, he’s also the man. He is the complete coach. From young to old, Andy Baker has a program for you. He works with many people in person so that’s why I think he’s so in-tuned with individual needs and he writes his programs that way. His podcasts follow the same cohesive style as his programs. He has a ton of free content on his website so check those out too. I highly recommend this podcast, Andy’s programs and his book! Rob K
