46betSome good some badI’m all about standing up to purity culture and do believe you can follow God while embracing a lot of the concepts she talks about, but she is pretty off base with some of the scriptures she uses to back up her points and I can’t support that. Pointing out verses used out of context by conservative Christians by misusing other verses is dangerous territory when you have a platform. That being said, I appreciate some of her sex education otherwise.

SavynannaConviction based not biblically basedits frustrating having another rule warm women teach about sex. its not what we choose its about understanding that God says a healthy fear of Him is the first step to wisdom, it says so in proverbs. God doesn’t ask us to wait until marriage he says so.. this is Luke warm, liberal barf.

danijen24Hits it on the NailI really connect with what is said in this podcast because Carlie talks about real concerns, problems, or thoughts that I myself and so many others have felt. The podcast is honest, heartfelt, and Christ centered which is one of my favorite things. A good sex life is really important to me and my husband. As we seek to continue to support our relationship through sex, this podcast and Carlie’s other resources have been very helpful.

wang fire & sapphire fireLove the content, not the deliveryLove your content Carlie, but the podcast feels like a church fireside talk. Podcast, for me at least, are more enjoyable when they feel conversational. I hope to only see the podcast improve. Thanks for the content! Has helped me a lot!

golfmom33She says everything you wish you mom didCarlie is so loving, educated, friendly, and experienced that when you listen to her it’s like she’s a good friend or motherly figure that’s being real with you (not awkward) about your sex life. Wanting nothing but for you to be happy in your marriage and life, and giving you tips and tricks to do so with her wisdom and experience. She’s so relatable and always discusses the topics you think about, but never research because you don’t know where to safely find answers to them that are wholesome and God centered. I’m addicted and look forward to doing the dishes, folding laundry, or going on a walk just so I can listen. 10/10 recommend

_OnFireForGod_So. Grateful.I am so grateful for this podcast. I used to be so ashamed of my sexual nature after growing up in the church and in a family with all girls. I never got a message of dealing with my sexual desire in a healthy way—instead it was just “stay pure and keep your legs closed!” I’m really glad now I have a better understanding of how to appreciate and embrace these desires while still being dedicated to God while single.
