    Some good, some bad
    Some really good practical off-grid tips built from their personal experience/knowledge, but that good knowledge is peppered with some weird politically-driven misconceptions and personal beliefs that leads to some of their advice/discussions straying from practical to just downright wrong info (like their assumptions about rainwater capture and grey water use is illegal in CA and OR).

    pretty good show but…
    It’s a wonderful show that brings up many points about off grid living and these folks are well informed. They’re very likable. Be prepared as they bring in their religion, and they touch on their political viewpoint, which of course certainly won’t be in agreement with everybody. I don’t agree with them on these points, but I enjoy the show otherwise.

    Great all around podcast. Love the mix of topics. They are honest and just trying to help others make it work! Wish I could access their website. Is there a way to access it in the US?

    AMAZING PODCAST!
    We listen to separate podcasts on homesteading, large family survival, alternative building, and occasionally some prepping. These guys are DOING IT ALL, and you can tell they are loving every minute of it! Far and away the BEST PODCAST I’ve found yet! They embody everything we’d like our homestead to be in the next 5 years. Keep living the dream!

    Educational but…
    The hosts are very educational and fun to listen to. However, I wish they would stop with the hateful speech toward the LGBTQ community. It’s unnecessary to say these things, regardless of your political views. It’s disheartening. Everyone has a need to prep and everyone could live off grid. I can see everyone having a need to listen to the off grid Prep Family podcast, but their speech will drive people away.
