Spike 1954Short and informativeI wish I knew how to express this, but I’m legally blind so I don’t watch TV. I get my news from CNN in all its forms. And “one thing“ is one of my favorite productions in that it’s in-depth and easily digestible. I wouldn’t miss it and I’m delighted that I can hear it on Wednesdays and Sundays. Thanks everyone for the hard work you do to keep me informed.

Nate IDFinally, a decent conversation about Kennedy on CNNThank you for finally acknowledging the millions of us who know how wonderful Robert Kennedy’s beliefs are and how he is a voice for so many. It is disheartening to hear your soundbites about his vaccine stance that are so outdated and unfounded. From a mom who had a son that was injured by the flu vaccine, you really need to understand that your statement, “vaccines are safe and effective”, is simply not real. I think many people want to believe it is real, because it’s wildly uncomfortable to realize that your last visit to the doctor for a vaccine may be the cause of his/her new food allergy, autoimmune disease, blood disorder, skin rash, change in behavior, brain inflammation, PANS, PANDAS, etc. All side effects listed on vaccine itself. You are essentially playing Russian roulette. So, please stop with that old soundbite. Also, maybe talk about RFK’s lifelong accomplishments on cleaning up our water and working with fisherman and farmers. His helping those injured by round-up. He is a highly regarded and accomplished environmental attorney. You make it sound like he just sits in his mom’s basement drumming up conspiracy’s. That is where you lost many of us. This is among the reasons the democratic party lost this election and so many of us left the party. Start having honest conversations with the whole story - enough with the spin. Please never say “safe and effective” until you have really looked into this issue and taken into consideration the studies that support JFK, the lack of studies (look at the flu for low hanging fruit), and the people who have been injured. Then come back for a real conversation. Invite this of us who have dedicated years to this. The soundbites of Zen were so minimal and really gave her no chance to talk about what she knows. I caution you in advance, when you realize what is truly happening with the vaccine industry and what has happened to our country as a result is going to make you very uncomfortable and many parents left to feel a burden of guilt for trusting big pharmaceutical companies to inject there children with all kinds of toxins for a profit.

hemymax2Political DonationsExcellent piece on how both parties are preying on the elderly/vulnerable folks for donations. I must get 30+ txts a day and delete/report junk, and still get the same txts day after day which makes me incredibly angry.

Like too muchAny of the cnn one thing showsI wish, I wish that the word “like” would stop being used so frequently. It is simply not professional and us older people don’t “like” it. And that is the way the word like should be used.

P D James fanlove this podcastDavid Rind is the perfect host for this comprehensive podcast. “Brevity is the soul of wit,” indeed as David and his guests delve into one issue each week - thoughtful, in depth reporting, under 10 minutes. I look forward to it every Sunday.

jennymessInside a Fentanyl State of EmergencyKudos to David Rind for this compassionate report on a subject that is not always covered so kindly. His empathy for fentanyl’s victims, their families, and the officials struggling to deal with the crisis is very touching.

RachNYCBiasedTodays podcast on Hunter Biden was a disgrace. It was incredibly biased and one sided. I know this is a left leaning news source, but as news professionals you should be able to tell both sides of the story. I’m so disappointed!

Satisfied in Schaumburg“One Thing” - Current Topics Covered In Depth“One Thing” is a great way to learn about a single topic, currently in the news, directly from the reporters working the story. I always come away with a better understanding of the issue. I recommend this podcast.

Real 1967Fake NewsThis podcast is so typical and pathetic of CNN. It doesn’t even present factual news and events. The commentary is totally biased and empty. This podcast won’t survive long, it’s just that lame, filled with hate and racism.
