I found Dave through the BL/JB legal battles and have sincerely appreciated his critically kind commentary. A lot of other creators have an underlying current of misogyny when it comes to the saga but you don’t get that with Dave. I appreciate when people can find nuance in complex situations and stand firm in their takes. Dave has proven time and time again that he will take in the facts and look at it from both sides which we desperately need more of in today’s society. Additionally, I enjoy his political commentary and the way he presents the news in bite size digestible chunks without fear mongering his audience.

Found through the Baldoni / Lively coverage, which I can’t get enough of (as with many right now). I’ve consumed a LOT of coverage, and this is by far the most even-handed. I also love the inclusion of politics, so keep that up and ignore the haters!! It is definitely not a moment to stay quiet, and I admire those who aren’t!

He gives current news not really funny. Stopped listening because he always has negative connotation when it comes to Christian’s. Also has strong opinions on things he admits himself he doesn’t really know about. I would suggest educating himself on topics before bashing them. Republican or democrat I’m ok with either but he definitely is against all republicans just with his opinions on topics.

I really enjoy your reporting, especially your coverage of Lively/Baldoni. However, I find your political reporting to be quite biased. And don’t worry—I know, ‘then this show isn’t for me.’ I get it. It’s just a shame that journalists can’t simply report the news without letting their personal biases show. I was listening to your podcast twice a day but I cringe with how harsh you are covering the Blake side. I am very happy for you and your family for your recent success and I know this makes you money but … recent coverage makes me cringe. Especially the harsh words and comparison of the billionaire backer of Wayfarer. I don’t know any parties involved but it seems to me there is an effort to put a negative spin on Blake’s side. It makes your podcast less interesting for me to listen to. Maybe she is more in the wrong than Justin but there is something that she has a complaint about or she would have never filed.

Very entertaining; bite size entertainment and current event news. Very moderate in views, favors truth .

Dave Neal’s podcasts are entertaining, well researched, balanced, and informative. He looks at both sides of each story before drawing his own conclusions. I appreciate that he is more fair minded than many podcasters and journalists, who often give only one side of a story.

Dave is a likable guy that I can always count on to bring the most current and reliable news. He presents the facts and not click bait. He’s also very relatable and grateful for his following. Highly recommend!

I really wanted to like this. Was excited to find this podcast sounded fun and uplifting to get my pop culture news. I quickly disliked when he starts talking politics. I respect everyone’s opinion but if I want to hear politics, I’d listen to a news or political program. So unfortunately it’s a no for me.

I found Daves show a few months ago while looking for info on the Baldoni Lively case. I enjoy his coverage of the case and he’s as unbiased as possible. I’ve stayed listening because I enjoy his reporting on issues of the day. I see people seem angry and calling him biased and leftist. He literally plays actual clips of press conferences from that day. He doesn’t twist anyones words. He is being honest. I wish people would open their minds more and try to understand each other’s opinions and feelings. Also this isn’t a strictly political podcast, it’s a daily update on different stories going on around the world. I definitely recommend.

I’ve been listening to Dave everyday for at least one year now. He (and this podcast) have become a comforting constant in an otherwise chaotic world. I know Dave will approach any story he shares with integrity, intellect, common sense, curiosity, optimism, kindness, and (when appropriate) humor. Makes it easy to support and respect what he does here, even if I disagree with a take. Dave seems to me to be a person character and that’s reflected in all of the content he puts out. Love!!

Appears objective, but solicits money and good reviews while bragging about how rich he’s getting off U.S. Shamelessly announces, by username, people who donate extra money. You are nobody to him unless you are forking over cash that he can’t make as a so-called “stand up comic.”

As someone who chooses not to watch mainstream news channels, I can appreciate the information that Dave shares with us in his Rush Hour podcast-. Our views may not always align 100% but I actually like being able to hear what others think and why they think that. Be opened minded people, that’s how you learn. If you only follow people who think the exact same way as you, you loose your ability to use critical thinking. I don’t mind the political talk at the end. Keeps me up to date without having to watch major news outlets. His coverage of the JB / BL saga has been neutral and fact based. That would be clear if you took the time to read all the lawsuits. Keep up the great work Dave, your audience has grown for a reason.

I’ve been following Dave on YT for the past couple of years. I found him when I was looking for Bachelor content. Although I no longer watch the Bachelor, I continue to listen/watch Dave every day bc I appreciate the honesty, transparency, and integrity that he brings to conversations ranging from pop culture issues to world events.

Loving Dave’s take on pop culture and his willingness to dive into political takes as well. He’s open minded, fair and respects other people’s views even if he disagrees with them. Very refreshing.

I started listening to Dave when he was The Bachelor Rush Hour podcast. I have stayed with him throughout the change. Do I agree with everything he says and believes about pop culture and politics? No. But I appreciate his thoughtful perspective and his research. Also, the work he did to expose the wrong in the legal battles against Clayton Echard deserves my utmost respect. I found Dave’s channel (on YouTube) when I was looking for a respectful source to spill the tea on the Baldoni/Lively duel. I love listening to gossip but hate it when it’s delivered in a salacious and biased manner. Dave is open-minded and willing to change his opinion if new information sheds the story in a different light. I like his personal mantra about believing people try to make up their minds over a situation (like believing Justin’s side of the story over Blake’s) with the best of intentions. And so we should allow for grace when we encounter someone who believes differently or when someone changes their mind. As of now, it seems like Blake and Ryan have backed themselves into a corner when they tried to take down nice guy Justin, but I’ll keep an open mind should Dave Neal share some new juicy facts.

Dave Neal always takes the mans side even when the truth is proven. I don’t trust his take on things as he obviously has issues against women and other minorities. He will say “woke things” to be accepted but when it comes down to it he typically sides with the white male from what I have seen. Thats why I cant recommend him.

I have been a listener for years, loved the Laura drama and looked forward to listening daily. But I’m getting tired of the Justin/blake drama. You seem to only care about Justin, unverified tik toks, and unverified sources, please remove the bias. You should share both sides.

So back in peak Clayton LO drama, there were people saying Dave was “obsessed” and finding it icky that he was monetizing off of taking a woman down. I found that perspective totally off base given the circumstances. But the coverage of the Baldoni/Lively drama is giving me really gross vibes. It comes off as total blind support for Baldoni rather than recognizing that multiple things can be true - she can be hard to work with and he can be a creep. Even having a guest on the Rush to harp on her? Oof. Dave should reflect on how his own masculine biases are creeping in. Beyond that, I’m just tired of hearing about these lawsuits every single day. I’m a twice daily listener, but you’re about to lose me.

He’s 2020 progressive drivel all over again and ignores FACTS. ie Trump admin called it the Chinese virus and cut off flights and he is proven - once again - to be 💯 correct. Guess you think Newsom has managed CA forestry perfectly 🤡

Your constant mockery of Hannah Brown’s faith in this morning’s podcast was cringy at best and offensive at worst. If your respective use of the word “obedient” was supposed to be comedic, it was not. Understandable that you don’t follow her beliefs but to beat a dead horse wasn’t necessary.

I’ve been a longtime listener and love your thoughtful, progressive takes—that’s why I tune in. But your approach to the Baldoni/Lively case feels a bit off to me. At least 50% of this show is political. As others, I wish he would go back to reporting on entertainment. It was enjoyable.
