The podcast that turns listener ideas into engaging bedtime stories. I started to make these for my own children when they couldn’t sleep. Play them for your kids. Have them imagine that they are the main character while they lay in bed with their eyes closed. Once the 15 -30 minute story is over, the episode transitions into relaxing music to reduce distractions, and to allow you to escape from their bedroom and get some well-deserved alone time. Most are about science fiction and fantasy. Spaceships, dinosaurs, dragons, magic, and whatever else my kids like.

    My kids love this podcast and they listen to this every night to sleep, they like to listen to the food planet ones so can you please make more of those? My son wants a ramen planet where the planet is literally made of ramen noodles like the streets, roads and that stuff, and the people are the toppings like the seaweed and the fish cakes are people and the rivers and oceans are made of broth, and the villains are a pair of chopsticks, and they like to poke, pick up, and destroy their villages.     My kids are amazing at pushing off bedtime for this or that but no more! They are begging to listen to dad’s bedtime stories! We love it so much! Brilliant! Slow quiet stories followed by deep breathing followed by white noise! So simple yet soooo effective 10/10 would recommend

    Bad Dream Chaser
    These have been a life saver for us. We tried several ‘bed time story’ podcasts over the last few months, but these are by far the most calming. They are interesting enough to help my hyper kiddo focus and then slowly calm down. He is always asleep by the sounds at the end. He even wants to listen during the day but we save them for bedtime. Lately, they have been super helpful when he has nightmares. He told me that listening helps chase the bad dreams (thoughts) away and helps him move on. That means so much to us, thank you.

    Calm throughout-no loud noises!
    These podcasts are great because they don’t have any loud noises or songs that pop up and wake your kid up just as they fall asleep (a problem with other sleep podcasts we’d tried). I also really like that the end fades to calm music to let them really fall asleep. Fantastic podcast Aall the way around. My 3 year old already asks for them after just a few nights!
