Did you ever wonder why a relationship didn't work out despite your best efforts, be it intimate, familial, friendship or workplace? Narc Con Podcast covers the possibility that there may have been a narcissist involved in such destructive and unrewarding relationships. Wed delve into exactly why a relationship with a narcissist or NPD personality disordered individual is always going to be highly problematic. We look at all areas of Narcissism and Narcissistic Abuse with particular emphasis on the intimate relationship setting, where behavior patterns are more intensely evident. We believe, that in understanding a Covert Narcissist fully, we can in turn expedite our healing. The Majority of survivors of a Narcissist actually use the healing process to propel themselves forward to follow their true life purpose, in a more spiritually awakened and fulsome manner. The ethos of this educational podcast is to keep things everyday and simple to enhance relatability. It’s becoming an essential tool to enhance our ability to identify malignant narcissistic individuals in this modern world, where there is so much exposure to new people, without a more traditional community based point of reference, to assess trustworthiness via reputation. Identifying a Covert Narcissist’s behavior patterns and relationship cycles in romantic, workplace, familial and friendship settings can save hurt, financial abuse, and loss of time, when a person is educated in narcissistic abuse. In general this channel views the narcissist from two perspectives psychology and spirituality. It’s both a diabolical disorder and a fascinating eye opening study. You are very welcome here.

Great Tool for Recovering from Narc Abuse
I’ve been successful in recovering from Narc abusive relationships. I’m so proud of myself, owing a lot of it to the Narc Con podcast. Empath, Gaslighting, and Flying Monkeys are just a few terms Ive learned to navigate or recognize. I love the breakdown explanation of it all with a friendly voice attached. I feel her genuine concern and keep this podcast as a tool to keep me aware of. I nod and smile while listening knowing I have Won. I’ve defeated the Narc! And I thank Narc Con for being My coach ❤️

Saving my sanity…and maybe my life
I have just emerged from a 2.5 year relationship with a vulnerable narcissist. I am shattered. Totally knee capped. I am “normally” such a solid, optimistic, positive (and incredibly empathetic) person. I have weathered a number of serious storms in life with grit, good cheer etc. But this, this has struck me low. I did not see how much generosity, forgiveness and kindness was been manipulated to take even more and to strip me of my confidence. This podcast is helping me to understand what happened, what the impact is on me, and how I might see my way clear. Thank you thank you. Now off to therapy and emdr.

    Top narc podcast 🙌🏽
Thank you for your talks. You speak with so much compassion and vulnerability. It’s perfect for a recent victim of a covert narcissist discard (#2 fell for the Hoover: “Watch, I can change.. let’s live together!”).. THANK YOU for making it clear that I need to escape that padded room.

    So helpful
I was dating a covert narcissist for two months. Never heard of that term before I did my research. Everything was great for two months. He was very charming and told me amazing things I never heard before. As an empath, I was totally taken in. I grew up with a narcissistic mother. I know realize why I’m susceptible to falling for a narcissist. Needless to say, he ghosted me after two months. Refused to take my calls or respond to my text messages. I was only kind before and after the discard and am now in a place where I can stop chasing. Thank you.

    The Truth about the Narcissist
This podcast channel is the very best I’ve even listened to on this profound subject of narcissists! Her down to earth personality combined with her experience and knowledge is truly a “gift” to all that listen. Whether you have just become aware of narcissists, still in a relationship with one or are in the healing phase…or healed from this devastating bondage of insanity…there is light shining bright!!! This information is invaluable…may not seem it at first but there really is a truly wonderful life awaiting you. Go got it…You are worth it!!!

    Reality of Narcissist Divorce
Very real and emphasizes the legal truth of divorcing a disorder individual, they only play by their rules and will do anything to maintain their false image. This podcast does not sugar coat the truth and challenges in front of the non-disordered spouse. It is time to take the diaper off the narcissist image and allow then to deal with their own issues. The courts and judges have trouble dealing with them too. I have been in litigation for 12 years……including family law, bankruptcy court, and tax court. Nothing is ever the narcissist fault….they ignore court orders (unless it benefits them). It is a long journey…but I had to face reality and learn how to be assertive and grow up at the age of 49 (now 62 years old). My Prince Charming came and took off his mask…but, that was his mask and he can change his own diaper now…maybe the IRS will understand, and his bankruptcy attorney has pity for him, and I do not. It took awhile BEFORE the divorce for me to get it…..then my therapist said, “you are repeately hitting your head against a wall and he thinks he is above paying taxes…..he will not change until “I changed”. It has been 12 years since he has filed and he has not paid taxes despite making over $500K a year. It is my fault because he pays me alimony. Well…got to go to court!
