Patti, Powell, OhioMade it through episode 7This investigation lead nowhere. And if Ken did it, why wouldn’t he have pushed for suicide instead of saying he didn’t think she would do it? All of this work because the act itself is viewed badly there.

tgiw21Love all things Alison SandyJust can’t stop listening to any podcast Alison Sandy puts out there. Really interesting story though tragic. These deep dives by Alison and Bryan shed light on unsolved disturbing, complicated cases that need attention and answers. These victims and their families need some kind of justice - putting these cases out there in the hopes that someone somewhere knows something and can help relieve the devastation left in the wake of the victims’ disappearance and/or demise. I always hope for a resolution and for the authorities to get it together. As a long time true crime follower I highly recommend.

jea329Not Up to StandardBig USA fan of The Lady Vanishes. This podcast is not up to that standard. It unfortunately preys on the guilt of the sister of a woman who killed herself and on a poorly executed police investigation. They try to twist immaterial open questions (ownership of the gun) or facts (the prior child abuse conviction of the prime suspect) to smear the deceased’s former boyfriend. I pray that the deceased‘a sister can find some comfort but this podcast only exploits her grief.
