YOU BROKE MY HEART

I used to LOVE this pod. I went to the live show and cried from laughing so hard. I’d tell everyone I knew to listen. I’m not someone who aligns with the right or has ever voted for Trump…and yet the political commentary from MB has really turned me off from listening. We *live* in this political landscape, and I work as a therapist holding space for people’s anger/anxiety/disappointments regarding the current administration. The main reason I listen to comedy podcasts is for a channel to levity and a way to find joy among the madness. If you’re looking for the same, this podcast may not be for you because it doesn’t distance itself from the political discourse.

The universe this bi girl and gay guy have created is truly amazing. The layered jokes are overwhelming. I could have a full conversation with a fellow Baronie that would make no logical sense to anyone listening. It’s just fun and heart warming goodness. Like a Ferrero Rocher. Crunchy silly jokes wrapped in velvety smooth love. I’ve been OBSESSED and jumped back to listen from the beginning. The evolution of jokes puts Pokémon to shame. The fact that they care so much about their fans’s views is refreshingly different than most media today. They really chair. To callout a post online about not caring for a joke had me floored. I knew starting the conversation would get attention online but to make it into the show itself. I was flattered and tightened my seatbelt and grabbed the little handle on the ceiling. I need more!

10/10 podcast. Makes me so happy. Just a 40 yr old woman trying to find joy in this insane world right now and all of a sudden I find myself saying pushy and the voice in my head has become Nina drama . You’re healing us one podcast at a time . Love ya !

Hey khedddd, this pod makes me laugh like nothing else in this world. It’s truly a an escape from Gotham City. I never want to be an “i’M FiLmiNg yOU” but would love if we could cut that on the loss of a ch*ld bit :( for the baronies with little baronies on board it’s actually our worst nightmare and a gut punch to hear, even more so for baronies who have actually experienced that loss. I used to love love love this pod and have been following the show for a while now! but Marybeth bringing up politics is kind of a buzzkill. It’s been happening more and more in each episode. Totally get it you have a platform and you should speak up about whatever you want! But the political points are not why I tune in. I tune in because of the banter btwn the two hosts. It used to be light and funny. You guys have a great pod but I’m unfollowing because it’s become too political. Just looking for something lighter listening wise!

I listened to RIDE! this weekend and it was really good! I really liked this podcast! Mary Beth Barone is so funny. Benito Skinner is hilarious. They made me laugh!

This podcast fills my heart. I mean.. if you want to mainline joy, you’re in the right place with two delightful humans. My favorite podcast! I am a new Baronie as of last month, just finished listening to all episodes of Ride and it just brings me so much joy. I am laughing in the car and on my walks, while constantly texting my fellow listener bestie in the Ride language. Love Mary Beth and Benny for being so hysterical but also having hearts of pure gold. They are national treasures!!!

Hi parents if possible I would like the Cousins to be guests. Maybe for a special episode or the finale of season 3. And asks them what they ride for and how growing up with so many cousins shape their life. If possible please.

But a year-plus in, and no mention of the genocide of Gaza. Babes, it’s a holocaust happening in real-time. It doesn’t need to be at the center of the convo but I can’t participate in convos that don’t even address it. It makes me feel crazy—are you not seeing what the rest of us are seeing?

I have been listening to Ride since day one and this podcast is truly one of the best I have ever come across. Obviously, these two have my brand of humor, but they are both exceptionally smart. They are SO funny and the things that they ride for are niche but relatable enough that pretty much anybody could listen to this podcast. Everyone needs Benito and Mary Beth in their life. Love this pod and truly wish I was friends with Benny and MB IRL. Their humor is top notch and so Taika. I think I feel in love with both them when I heard the Interstellar episode. I’ve been obsessed ever since.

I’ve never written a review for a podcast in all my life but I just found this after hearing Mary Beth and Benny on Who What Wear, and was instantly hooked. I even find myself giggling to myself when thinking about it throughout the day. I ride for laughter and friendship and this delivers both in such a fun way. Listen from episode one. You will not regret it.
