I have thoroughly enjoyed this program and all of your programs. However, I have a question! What if you have already made that bad choice and did not finish well. How do you recover? Also what do you do if the place you left the Pastor doesn’t want to talk to you?

The Cure for Comparison episode moved me to my core. Preston has such a way with words and you can feel the Lord speaking through him. Truly one of the best podcast episodes I’ve ever heard and I can’t wait to listen to more! Thank you God for leading me here!!

This podcast has spoken such life into these dry bones. I left children’s ministry in a whirlwind 3 months ago. Your podcasts have been such great tools for walking through all the different stages of that transition. When God hit the eject button, I was floundering. But through your leadership, kindness, and total surrender to the Holy Spirit. God used your podcast. You’ve helped me see the blind spots and acknowledge my part in my burnout. This is my new favorite podcast! Pastor Preston is phenomenal. The main thing I like is that I never feel like the episode was cut short, which is my qualm with other podcasts. I’m never left without a complete understanding and dissection of The Word 🙌🏽 God bless you, Pastor!

In all honesty, I didn’t know what to expect with the podcast but my GOD! It has left me baffled, offended, and knocked the wind out of my like an upper cut in the best way! It’s a perfect reminder to stay close to God and to head to the alter to be accepted and refined by the Father who is the ONLY ONE worthy! Truly appreciate honesty and the presence and the podcast!

Thank you so much for sharing what you share every week. You don’t only help me but I share it with the team that I lead. Sometimes I feel like I don’t know what I am doing but God speaks through you and encourages or steers me to the way I need to keep moving. I Listened to this podcast this morning and appreciated the transparency and candor about depression and suicidal thoughts. I experienced clinical depression for the first time in my life for almost two years, and by the Grace of God, was led to talk to the right people and seek anointed experiences that have not only placed me on a path of healing my broken heart, but have led me to help others heal their hearts, with God, as well. My friend heard that i was experiencing a difficult time and she sent me the podcast “we must be pruned.” 9 minutes in,i was in tears because i was hearing my complete experience and it provided relief. I love the scriptures he shared and the break down of why and how of pruning..i love the examples and was able to understand. In this intense season, im so glad i came across this podcast!

This is one of my favorite podcasts. There are so many nuggets of wisdom and questions that really make you think. I have found it so helpful in my walk with the Lord. Btw the episode The Beginning of Preparation, what you said at the very end, that was for me. It’s something I prayed about and it opened my eyes that I already have that friend.

Transparency at it’s finest. You can’t find a more open hearted leadership podcast when it comes to moving in faith. Preston breaks everything down so matter of factly that it brings to mind the ease of obedience but the weight of righteousness. Obedience is simple but it costs us more than we are often willing to pay. Preston puts his own life on the table so that he can open it up and have us examine what we should do better when it comes to our own faith walk or to help us touch base with out current situations. One of the best pods out here.

Preston is an incredible mentor and authentic leader. He’s been my pastor for 8 years and the more I hear from him the more my respect grows. He’s honest and brings the truth, but he also kind and genuinely cares about people. So grateful to for his leadership and mentorship, and am so glad for an additional outlet for continued learning and growth!
