    Refreshing and Energizing
Ok, so I’m the first to admit that I am not a “farm wife.” But I’m a wife, mom of two, raising my family in rural Indiana and we have chickens. So, I wish lol but there is so much about these episodes that I can still relate to and implement in my life. I enjoy hearing all the farming stories and get so much encouragement around motherhood, health, and faith. I really do feel refreshed and energized at the end of each episode to go serve my family the best I can. Thank you for a quality piece of media in such a broken world.

    Beautiful God Work
Congratulations ladies on sharing your testimonies and the work God is doing in your life! You are truly using this platform and what God called you to do. I love listening to you, as a fellow farm wife, knowing that I am not alone. There are so many similarities no matter what state we live in. Keep up the work God has created for you and doing His will. Don’t ever turn away from sharing His Word and truth in your life.

    Love listening to this podcast!
Whether I’m in the tractor or road tripping for parts, it’s a great podcast to listen to. Can’t wait for more episodes on farm safety. Lived through my own farm accident and hearing them preach farm safety is awesome!!

    Great listen while working
If you haven’t done a giveaway yet, QT and Casey’s gift cards and some of your favorite roadtrip snacks! Or a good bag to keep in your vehicle to fill with stuff to get ready for harvest

    Ep. 42 Beef It’s What’s For Dinner (part 1)
I’m new to this podcast but follow MP on instagram. Usually I do other things while listening to a podcast, with this episode I had to sit down and take notes (the transcript was helpful). I’m a lifelong cattle rancher, and I know my way around the kitchen after 35 years of cooking for family and crews, I learned so much from this episode, wow! I knew bits and pieces of some of this but having it laid out and explained in such a logical and entertaining manner was so helpful. Can’t wait to listen to part 2. If Jena made a graphic of all the information in this episode I would definitely pay for it! We are about to have a beef butchered and this will sure help me to make a lot better choices than I have in the past. Thank you for such a great episode!

    Bummer. Sorry MaryPat.
I love following MaryPat on socials, and I don’t mind her portion of this podcast, but choosing Jenna for her post cast co-host wasn’t the best move in my opinion. All of her crazy health concerns/theories are ridiculous and it gets old when they are referenced to nearly every episode. I tried to give it a chance for a long time, but ultimately…I’m out. Sorry MaryPat.

    Love this podcast
As a farmer and farm wife it is nice to hear the struggles about farming, raising kids, running businesses and being a farm wife. It is also nice to hear about the positive things, other perspectives of farming and how other farmers farm in other parts of the country. It’s a good mix of girl talk and learning.

    Relatable and Informative!
The functional medicine episode is amazing. I am not in a stage of motherhood yet, but the episodes like this one help to make me feel prepared for when that time comes. Also, it was a good reminder that you can work in conventional ag, and be crunchy at the same time!

    LOVE IT
I love MP and Jenna! Such great people to look up to as mamas, business owners, and farm wives. Their podcast has brought so much joy and inspiration to me. Encourages me as a wife, mama, and farmer. Y’all keep it up! I’ll be here to listen!

    Love it!
Loved your April 1 episode! I’ve been working with a functional medicine dr myself and after listening to this it makes me want to dive into it even more! I needed to hear this today so thank you!

You need to listen to this podcast!
As a fellow farm wife in the Midwest, I have learned so much from this podcast. It has shown me that I am never alone in the things I struggle with as a mom and farm wife during the busy seasons of the farm. Not only do Jena & MP bring tons of informational content to the table, they also give us the real & raw of being a mom and farmers wife. I love everything about this podcast, and you will too! Share it with your hubby, your family, your friends, everyone. It’ll help you, I promise! Thanks Jena & MP for everything you do ❤️

    Harvest season!
Thank you for helping my husband and I get through harvest season! We love listening to your podcast. We are also Midwest crop farmers (Wisconsin) and have dealt with the challenges the weather has brought us. My husband and I own the farm business together along with raising our kids and this is always so relatable. One day I hope to have the courage and take the leap to leave my job to and be around the farm more. Thanks for creating something we can look forward to and relate so much too 😊

    So Relatable!!
I look forward to listening to new episodes every Tuesday morning while feeding calves. I don’t always find the time to journal, but these episodes and topics help me process thoughts and think about my place at the farm, in my personal life and where I want to be in the future. Awesome job ladies!!

    Love Listening!
I am a woman farmer and I love listening when I’m in the field! Only wish the episodes where longer to occupy my time in a cab 🤪 I love the variety of topics! Keep it up!

    Educational with plenty of fun/personal
This podcast has been helpful for me to learn more about the world of growing crops, coming from two gals that speak in terms we can understand. I love all of the personal content mixed in. So relatable!

    Favorite podcast!
I’ve been plowing MP on Instagram for quite a while and I love her! I heard about this podcast she shares with Jena and had to give it a listen. It’s now currently my favorite podcast, my go-to while I prep dinner. They’re both so genuine, supportive and give great advice/tips during all seasons of life on the farm.

    Awesome farm lady podcast!
I am getting married in November and joining the farm world as a farm wife! I love listening to how you both juggle the farm wife life & love listening to your stories on my way to work! I am a nurse and my fiance and I have talked about what life will look like when we have kiddos, so Jenna it was so awesome to hear your nursing career and path you have done (: cannot wait to continue to listen ladies 🤍

    Love!
I have followed Jena and MP on instagram for a long time and was so excited for them when they started the podcast. I love listening to their stories and what’s going on in their lives. It’s great to have a group of women who understand momming and farming. The highs and the lows. These ladies make it feel a lot less isolating. 🩷

    Fun and informative!
As a farmer in southern Iowa, I’ve been enjoying this podcast. Today I was listening while I was doing chores in the henhouse.

    Got better
The more I listened, the better the show was. Enjoyed all the information you shared about irrigation. It was interesting to hear how the systems differed between your farms. The men farmers sure added to the great podcast. Bring them back! Susan in Waco,

    Relatable!
I guess I have been living under a rock! I’m just now becoming a true podcast listener. I work a corporate job in the ag industry and a farm wife for 5 years. Even though I grew up on a farm I do not have many friends that can relate to farm life. This podcast is a breath of fresh air. Jenna and MP talk real life and now I know I’m not alone! Can’t wait to share these podcasts to educate others on this challenging but rewarding lifestyle.
  • NelsonSheep
    Looking forward to Tuesdays!
Tuesdays can’t come soon enough! I always look forward to your podcast each week. As a farmer/farm wife myself, I relate so much to your content but I also get great advice and wisdom from both of you. Love it!!

    Grandma’s Interview
Just listened to the new episode with Jena’s Grandma and I cried! Thank you so much for sharing your family with us, especially someone as important as a Grandmother. I lost my Grandma before I was engaged/married, so hearing Jena’s Grandma’s words made me feel like my own Grandma was talking to me. Such a special episode.
  • Rd 19 Farmwife
    Loved the episode with granny!
I was looking forward to the episode with granny & it knocked it out of the park. Farmers daughter, now farmers wife I was bawling my eyes out listening. While so much has changed over the years the real heart of farming still remains the same. 🩵🩵 Best of luck with the new podcast!
  • Heidi Griess
    Love these ladies!
Such a great podcast! I look forward to every Tuesday when I can listen to their podcast! These ladies share everything about farm life and what it is like to be a farm wife. Jena and MP share so much information and stories of what farm life is like. Everyone should give it a listen!

    Love love love
Love your show! I’ve not only learned more about farming, but you help me have more questions for my husband (which he loves). I’m feeling more involved in our farm and what we are doing. I also love the wife/mom side of it and knowing that some feelings I have are normal and come with being a farm mom/wife.
  • mokramer
    Can I be your bff?
As a newer farm wife, and not growing up around farming, I appreciate the way the women teach about what’s happening on the farm in an approachable way. Also love their honesty about the trials and joys of being a farm wife and mama
  • SWIA farmer
    Great show
As a fellow farmer wife/farmer I love and appreciate you ladies so much. I set my mowing schedule for Tuesday’s so I can listen as soon as a new episode drops. We are trying different products on our farm because of you;)

    Two incredible woman!
I started following Jena and MP on instagram with in the last year, my husband is probably tired of hearing all about them! Although he sure did love some double o beef jerky at Christmas time (your cheese is next MP!). I was super excited to hear about a podcast and have binged listened to almost all of the episodes. You two are truly inspirational and make me take a second look at how I purse my life as a young farm mom&wife. Please don’t ever stop this podcast! I absolutely love it (coming from someone who couldn’t stand them and hated when coworker’s would play them) like I said trusty inspirational and I look up to you two for so many reasons. Super fan girl over here!💜 p.s. looking forward to a “dye free” episode
  • FdL mom
    Thank you for teaching!
You are both wonderful teachers in explaining what GMO means and what it does not mean. When people are uninformed, it is easiest to jump on the bandwagon that is the loudest and with all the marketing for non-GMO, sometimes the farmers voice has been lost. Thanks for speaking up!
  • Radgentics
    Love this podcast!
We grow crops for silage for our dairy cows, but I am not overly involved in that aspect of our operation! All of the information you talk about helps me in my every day job as a loan officer in being able to understand row crop language! This is my favorite podcast!
  • Megan Cochrell
Beyond The Crops is Beyond a Good Listen
Girls! I am loving the podcast. I just got done binge listening (is that a thing 🤔) to all the episodes and now, Tuesday has became my favorite day. I’ve been following MP on TikTok for a LONG time and always have enjoyed her content and relatability (and am now loving Jenna) you girls together crack me up I feel like I’m having coffee or whiskey (depending when I’m listening) with my girlfriends. As a wife of an 8th generation farmer it’s so fun to listen and learn. It’s sparked some good questions about practices on our farm as well. It makes me laugh how regionally we say things differently, for the record I’m a “10ths” rain girl 😂🙌🏼 from the Midwest Keep up the great work- I wish I had some constructive criticism but I really don’t. Being a new mom I even live to hear the babies in the background. You’re killin mommas 💕 -Megan C

    Love this info
I haul a lot of ag products. This is nice to listen to. It shows what happens with the seed fertilizer and harvested crops I move across the country.

    Well Worth the Listen
Did I just listen to all the episodes in a day while side dressing corn? YEP. I’ve followed both on IG for a while and it’s great to learn more about them and their operations. Love the way they break things down and the crop insurance episode was so educational — even as a user of it for years!
  • A.N.D.11
    A great listen!
Love listening to the camaraderie of these two! There’s relatable farm wife content, as well as, great education for those who aren’t involved in ag :)
  • devweir
    Love It!
I’m a 25 yo gal from Michigan just starting to establish her life. I’ve come from a rural background but never lived on a farm myself. Listening to the podcast has helped me relax into starting a garden and learning more about the agriculture in our area. I cannot begin to express how great it is to have examples and role models that are women of God. You are both amazing!
  • Lauren Schett.
    Love Listening!
I listen on my commute to work at the Co-op but love hearing how it’s going where you guys live! I’m in PA so it’s so different hearing about the irrigation and your struggles and some of the things you do that we don’t. Also can’t wait to try the Infamous Ranch Mix along with the zucchini boats!
  • Girl Momma Tay

I LOVE listening to your podcasts! I’ve been around farming most of my life and am now a farm wife in SW Kansas and it’s so amazing to hear y’all talk about your farming operation and and being so hands on and knowing so much about the operation! I strive to be like y’all and am trying to ask ALL the questions (pray for my husband 😂❤️) and learn as much as I can and help as much as I can! I love the farm life and can’t wait to dive deeper into it! ✨
