This podcast has been such an inspiration for me. Every episode I’ve been able to relate to it. Crystal has truly created something special and I’m grateful. The KIPS Community is a blessing.

Listening to this podcast opened a lot of other doors. Noticing that a lot of people are accepting God into their life and just paying attention to the fact that a lot of us are going through & growing through the same thing is wild. I am absolutely grateful for this podcast and I always look forward to it because it plays a part in my growth journey . There’s times I listen twice because I’ll listen on Apple and then I’m like let me watch on YouTube to see facial expressions and the genuine connections! Thank you for creating a safe space for people to heal, listen, share, and feel like they are right there with you on the couch! This is one of those podcasts that you don’t realize that you need it until you start to listen. You have opened the door to my healing so thank you! Hi Crystal! I love your podcast and the guests you bring on the show. Your conversations are always so sincere and you always seem to bring new perspectives to a situation even when I least expect it. I also reallyyy enjoy watching you on Sistas and you killed it in Praise This! The only reason I am giving the podcast 3 stars is because the audio is so bad Girl! It’s super low when you are talking in the episode itself but loud when it goes on commercial. Also, some of your guests are louder than you so I am constantly changing the volume throughout the episode depending on the guest. This is especially true when there is some excitement or laughter (which tends to make people louder)

I listened to the podcast featuring Mr.Perry and I really wanted take this time out to Thank You Both! There are so many issues Mr. Perry has touched on that I have experienced and he has made it easier to deal with. You , Crystal, are so positive and I Love your character!!! You definitely keep it real on & off the screen!!! I am a mother & grandmother of all girls. I lost my only son from Covid in 2020 and lost an abusive husband to cancer 2 months after my son. So it’s just us girls. Me. Perry definitely allows us to laugh, which we do need. My daughters both experienced some things that make them very angry, and stand offish but I don’t want my grandchildren to be angry and like their moms, It’s a lot, just pray for us please I would just like to thank you both and ask that you both keep shining that light!!!! I am continuing to pray and I hope that you both can continue to help me and others make it through!!! Love You Both❤️❤️

I love the podcast and I love you Crystal. The only thing I have an issue with is the sound being low. Other than that, it’s great!!!!

I really like the podcast however as others have said the volume is soooo low I can barely hear and then the commercials are so loud they startle me. I don’t want to miss the quality content because of the volume. Thank you and keep going!

I enjoy listening, that is when I can. The volume on actual podcast is extremely low, you can hear the ads perfectly well, but the rest. I listen to all my podcasts at work through headphones and can only turn up the sound so much because when it’s time for the ads it blasts in my ears. I return to hear SJR because I want to support her during her book tour, but I normally just end up missing episodes because I don’t remember to listen once I’m home. Please fix this because I really want to support all the episodes.

Love you on Sistas & so excited to now know you have a podcast! I’m enjoying it so much. If I may suggest, work on the quality of the sound bc I can barely hear and I reallllyyyyy want to listen while working.

I liked Crystal ever since I seen Sistas & zatima but this podcast has made me LOVE her, I can watch and listen to keep it positive sweetie all day. I end each episode feeling inspired, understood, and hopeful. I highly recommend.

I really love this podcast with Crystal! The topics and guest are very interesting. My only concern is how the advertisements are soo loud and clear, but the actual podcast isn’t at the same level. I have to constantly change the volume up and down between the podcast and the advertisements. Is there a way this could be corrected for a seamless listening?

This podcast changed my life. Literally!! I started my healing journey a couple months before the release and it was hard! I didn’t know how to maintain my healing journey outside of therapy. I couldn’t take my therapist with me everywhere I went outside of our appointments 😂 Luckily Crystal and her team dropped at the right time and I’ve been hooked ever since. My favorite episode is the one with Ms. Dinorah because of how my life and story paralleled with just about everything she said. That episode broke me yet healed me. The episode with Eva was refreshing to see and hear🥹 definitely saw a different side to her! As well as Kountry Wayne! You all have empowered this shy, timid young woman who used to bottle up all feelings and emotions to now, want to actually just talk about everything! That for me was a game changer! Thank you for leaving me and us inspired every week! It is a true blessing 🙏🏽
