bellenjSo InspiringI’m so grateful for this podcast, it has truly helped me so much in getting clear about my coaching business and the value I can give to my clients. It made me realize I can manifest my ideal clients by staying true to myself and by been unapologetically me. And also that there’s many ways to be a great coach without having to do what everyone else is doing. There’s no right or wrong recipe, just trust your intuition and it will guide you were you need to go. Loved the episodes with Mayah Rose, Riya Rose, and Shoshanna Raven, they inspired me the most. And Kimberly Rich is the best host!

Marta LaczBlessing from the SkyI just recently started working on my relationship coaching business and its not easy. This podcast gives me so many ideas, keeps me motivated and sane. Right when I am ready to give up, because nothing is working, I put an episode on and feel like I can face any obstacle again and move mountains. This is a really great place for new coaches who feel all the feelings and have all the doubts. Thank you for doing this!

mikemiketenGreat for All CoachesI binged all the episodes in a weekend!! This podcast wonderfully explores the business and uniqueness of coaching. I’ve enjoyed learning the way that coaches in various niches reach their clients. Unanimously, all the coaches say JUST START. If you’ve been hesitant on how to get started, this is the podcast for you.

@SageLyfePriceless information for new coaches!I am really enjoying this podcast. The host is easy on the ears and very relatable. She really covers all of the topics I’ve been wondering about and feeling insecure about in terms of restarting my coaching business. I also like that the guests are so varied. It’s a really great perspective gathering from “spiritual priestesses” to “factual numbers, driven business coaches”, you really get a little taste of it all which I think is excellent! so much great advice and food for thought, can’t say enough good things here. :-)

CynthbbbIt is always great to listen to different perspectives.Juan was really powerful with teaching on being bolder. I am kind of weak in this area...a softy at heart. I have been coaching for 12 years and recently became official in getting paid to coach. Getting on SM has been fearful for me...Loved Mayah talking on not being perfect was really encouraging. I am gearing up to start podcasts this way very informative and worth taking the time to listen to you and the guests. My niche is Grief and Trauma...bringing hope to those who are stuck. Thank you for the email ladies. Cynthia Portaro

DonnettaLynnGreat, valuable informationThank you so much for this podcast. Listened today for the first time to the interview with Riya Rose. Not only was it engaging conversation I had a few “Aha” moments. I truly appreciated her analogy of the flowers don’t bloom year round! And, even though I’m post-menopause, I still honor the moon phases and how they affect me and love that this beautiful, natural occurrence that all women process each month is no longer “taboo” for open discussion and is honored in ways it should be. With love and gratitude, Thank you Riya Rose

ntrlwmnJust what I neededI’m new to the coaching arena and need a lot of help. This podcast, so far has been great at imparting information and how to overcome roadblocks into this business and what to do. I like that Kimberly let’s us know how long she has been doing this so she is aware of the challenges we will face when dealing with clients. I like that someone has already done and experienced the hard part of the business and is willing to share what works or doesn’t. I like the guests as well, there’s a variety of different coaches on the show so we get to hear different perspectives. I’m enjoying what I’m hearing so far, definitely subscribe or give it a listen. You won’t be disappointed.

KER 23So Much Value!!!Wow! I am so glad I decided to listen. Thank you TA & Kimberly for providing this invaluable podcast. I’m new to coaching, although my career has been in sales and as a consultant, and I’m soaking this up like a sponge. So many of my questions and concerns are being answered. You can hear thru Kimberly’s voice how much she enjoys her guests, appreciates their time and asks great questions. Each coach has offered excellent tips. Recommend listening to all eps. I’m a perfectionist so the focus on just doing it, practice will make it easier & better, allowing mistakes, being messy, forgetting having it all look perfect/great ie. Logo, fonts, website and focusing on serving is starting to resonate more and more with me and removing some of the overwhelm I felt in transitioning to coaching. I love the “myth” busting so newbies have more realistic expectations. Looking forward to the next episodes!!!

Backwards Hat GirlMy Mind is Expanding! This podcast has been RICH with knowledge, advice and experience! Here is what I have learned so far: -don't waste your time starting out with focusing on social media reach, content , your logo or marketing -your niche is something that finds your, more than something that you seek out and drill into -JUST DO IT----being afraid to take steps forward is selfish--it's thinking about ME more than the people I'm hoping to help -focus your coaching message on what is important to ME and own that---I will be able to impact more people more authentically with this approach. It will also make navigating those inevitable "rejection" moments easier because it's not based on other people's perception or interpretation of what I do. It's based on what I'm passionate about and what I believe in -Rejection will happen ---"NO" just means "next opportunity" -Find a style that I enjoy (1-on-1, retreats, etc...). Experiencing new things (i.e different audiences or contexts for speaking) is the only way to figure out what you do and don't like--JUMP IN! -Your journey of coaching starts with your first client. Then you go from there. -Don't share my coaching job in a generic, heartfelt manner. Tell people more than what i do---tell them how I help others. -Get a coach (I'm not sure where to start with this one---I want an experienced coach but I can't pay $3000 like I hear so many people reference about their clients rates. Do you have any suggestions I could explore?) I am looking forward to absorbing more and more content on this podcast!
