    My favorite podcast!
I’ve listened to many episodes multiple times because there is so much to discover. Name a person or topic of the time, it’s here. Adam does an especially good job of giving his guests the room to shine and share their research, leaving no question unasked. Kudos to him for creating so many diverse, well-thought-out and produced, thought provoking episodes - each such a little treat.

    Outstanding!
Not only do I love the emphasis on the importance of women during the Tudor reign, but I so appreciate the critiquing of films and books to make sure we stay on point and not become solely reliant on fantasy for historical references for the sake of entertainment. Bravo!

    Love the Tudor Chest !!
I have been a fan of Anne Boleyn since my father made me sit and watch the PBS series Henry VIII and his Six Wives back in the late 60’s. Enjoyable
Very entertaining podcast. Good range of authors and academics interviewed. Would benefit from more editing and the podcaster has a tendency to interrupt his interviewees on a continual bases which means he can dominate his subject’s attempts to present their opinions, research or hypotheses. But if you have time, and love Tudor history, it’s a joy to take a deep dive

    Love this podcast!
I really enjoy Adam’s episodes where he dives into different historical figures from Tudor history, especially the lesser know (but equally as interesting) people. The interviews are great too though! Just watched My Lady Jane on Amazon so it was wonderfully timely to hear an interview with the author.

Adam Pennington is equal parts expert and enthusiast when it comes to a time period in which so many of us are enthusiasts. Every time I find I have learned all I can about a particular niche topic within this subject, this podcast uncovers nuances that always leave me with a worthwhile takeaway. Fantastic New Tudor Podcast
The Tudor Chest is a great addition to the growing number of Tudor podcasts. Information is presented in a scholarly manner, and the host stays on topic. Most episodes to date have been narrative, but his recent interview with Gareth Streeter shows that he is excellent in dialogue hosting as well.

    A new favorite!
As an enthusiastic American Anglophile, I have enjoyed this post immensely. Mr. Pennington chooses topics about which I have always had questions. The most recent episode comparing Anne Boleyn in the media was very entertaining! His voice is easy to listen to as well.

    Calling all Tudor fanatics!
I have loved hearing all of the extra tidbits about these topics. I’ve gotten many questions answered. Also, the host has a very soothing and comfortable voice to listen to, which is very important in a podcast in my opinion.

    Wonderful historical podcast!
I have loved the first two episodes of this podcast (it is quickly becoming my favorite!). Historically accurate, thoughtful, and refreshing content. Adam’s voice is also divine. A must listen to for all Tudor history lovers!

    A Lovely, Educational First Podcast
Adam’s first podcast is an in-depth look at the exhumation of several Tudor victims, most notably Queen Anne Boleyn, buried in the Chapel of St. Peter ad Vincula within the Tower of London grounds. I thought I knew quite a bit about the execution and burial of Queen Anne, but I knew very little about the Victorian era exhumations. Thank you, Adam - I am so pleased I found your podcast at the very beginning of your journey!
