    Bring back the teaching!
Huge fan of continuum. I still think it’s the best print for high-yield review of neurology. Often very thought out and helpful to every day clinical practice. Unfortunately the evolution of continuum podcast has become less teaching. Not all of the episodes but more than listeners care for. Bring back the life long learning, we are here to soak it up!

    Not as informative
The previous format was much more informative, it had nice bits of advice and pearls regarding differential diagnosis and treatment… it resembled more and complimented the written article. The new format sounds more like an informal and social interaction, not so much clinically relevant information.

    No longer useful
Continuum Audio no longer has useful clinical information. I used to learn things from continuum audio but now the interviews focus on the interviewee and don’t contain any clinical content

    Enjoy the podcasts!
The podcasts make it much easier to access Continuum Audio, but sometimes the podcasts come across with more of an infomercial quality than the medical content they used to have. I think it’s important to advertise the journal, but to me, as a long time subscriber, the new podcasts come across as more of an advertisement.

Easier to access but limited helpful information
While much easier to access compare to Audio digest app, the podcast has only limited helpful information about the topics discussed. This might be a useful add on to the audio digest app, but definitely shouldn’t be a replacement imo

    Much better way
Hopefully they upload past continuum audio episodes! Must confess the old continuum audio app is very frustrating. It quickly takes up your phone’s available hard drive space and if you delete an episode it’s gone forever. I really enjoyed listening on my phone on my commute but due to the app situation this became too tricky to deal with.
