I’m really excited about the frequency of this podcast. Now, every couple of days I can get my Phillies news straight from Todd, Jim, and Ruben, who always bring the energy with the good and the bad.

I can’t listen to this guy with no mention that he drove over 100 mph in a 55 zone and three years later got a DUI. You can sniff all the jocks you want and tap all the million dollar horses on the nose. This guy is a pampered suburban mommy ‘s boy who will never grow up. You had an opportunity to clear the air but no. Sniff his jock and move on. Please, no more one-sided hagiographies…Act like journalists!

Not only is the insight offered by Todd, Jim, & Ruben excellent, but the stories and humor are engaging and set this podcast apart from all other Phillies podcasts.

Always enjoy this podcast. Often learn something new.

In 2015 my then 12 yr old daughter got a new phone. We soon found out the number used to belong to Jimmy Rollins. I am a life long Phillies fan so it was my great pleasure to talk to some baseball greats including Joe Morgan! But my conversation with Dave was unbelievable. I told him it was my daughter’s phone now. He asked about her birthday. It was in early august was during the dodgers visit to Philly. He said we will be his guest and introduce us to Jimmy who was now on the dodgers. He was so nice but I thought that was it. Guess what. He called back and invited us to a game. We went to the executive office and HE CAME DOWN to greet us. He took us to this room and Jimmy came down and took pictures, and signed a ball. After Jimmy left Dave ran out to get a plastic box for the ball and led us to our great seats. This is all while he was suffering from cancer. What a great man! He deserves to be on that wall! We will never forget that day!

Castellanos is NOT having ‘good at bats.’ Look at his last week with RISP, especially with 2 outs. Is it a good at bat to swing at the first pitch when the previous two batters both walked on four pitches each? How many mistakes on the bases or in the outfield do we have to endure before we can admit he is unreliable? You want to depend on a guy who refuses to have an approach at the plate, who just swings wild at sliders out of the zone? This is who you want up in the postseason when it’s an elimination game? If you three cannot be honest and say Marchan should be up and Stubbs gone, and Sosa should be starting, I don’t know, man. Sad.

Ruben Amaro is able to provide very interesting perspectives with all the different roles he’s played in the game. He and the guys have a great product here and it’s well worth listening to, even as a non-Phillies fan such as myself.

My favorite Phillies related podcast by far. The hosts have great camaraderie and more importantly excellent access to the players and execs. The Chase Utley interview was fantastic! My only criticism is the political ads. I follow sports to avoid politics. I don’t mind listening to ads to support the show, but I always skip past the political ones. Otherwise, keep up the great work!

Great show, but too much RAJ. I know he’s not an analytics guy, but check the stats. Ear test says says you’ve got your weakest player talking 70% of the time.

I really enjoy listening to these guys share all their “inside baseball” info on my beloved Phillies.
