RedpaintedtoesSadly lost its lusterThe show has lost its heart and soul after the death of Thierry. Tom really needed an equal to offset his ego and world view. By replacing Thierry with his daughter and his employee, he’s brought down the quality of the show (not to mention that he’s an HR nightmare, but because his daughter is now the boss, that all gets passed off with a giggle). Everything has to pass muster with Tom so he may as well host the show alone. It’s sad. I miss Thierry’s energy, humor, wisdom, and perspective.

Mt.ShastaRatGraceful TransitionI appreciate the soft, easy transition of this podcast from Tom and Thierry to Tom, Loretta and Bridgette after the amazing French chef has passed on. I still listen and learn and although all know no one replaces Thierry, it’s still a show I enjoy listening to each week. I used to listen in my car back in the day in Seattle. Loretta mentioned she was surprised about a comment in Chef Thierry’s recipe last week regarding saving some pan drippings or other but that’s exactly what I remember Thierry emphasizing. Save everything in the freezer for a future addition to another use.

TheTacoBelleI listen every week!Great show to listen to while I’m cooking or doing dishes! Great way to stay in touch with what’s in season.
-
Sueboo65Very engaging!I listen during my commute! SO much better than the silly radio morning shows. I’m learning so much with each episode.

MariaLuzOUnfilteredThese two! What to say?! A love letter to our messed up chaotic love mess that is Seattle. I would love to write a book or opera or movie with these two (I have young energetic artist fam/friends). We owe it to food and restaurant lovers ❤️ TD and TR please consider as you have so much to give.

Prosser listenerLove it mostlyFun show, Tom is a no nonsense pro. Seems like he is trying to be less rude to Thierry. I do feel for him. Please ask Chef Rautureau to stop saying correct after everything Chef Douglas says. He doesn’t need your approval. Oui Chef?
-
KeekmojoWhat’s the dealWho are all these morons suddenly on this show? The game show segments with nimrods who can’t read questions properly but even worse, who CLEARLY know absolutely NOTHING about food and can’t even pronounce basic ingredients, are cringe-y. And Tom has seriously lacking social skills. Feel bad for Thierry.

LazyLiz1972Great Chefs Great ShowBeing in the studio audience on a Tuesday brunch hour was a blast! So much chemistry between the chefs and hosts.
-
1 musketeerChef rivalryI Enjoy the contrast and rivalry between the 2 chefs which spices up the show. Tom knows the Seattle restaurant scene as he owns many restaurants there, so gives a very interesting perspective. Find Katie annoying, but overall it is a fun cooking show to listen to. I always pick up a tip or two.
-
darrenkwalshA great show!I know next-to-nothing about food and especially cooking. Yet, this show is on the must-listen for me as the conversation between two great chefs is always enlightening (and funny!). Thankful that Seattle is the home of Chef Tom and Thierry! (Katie O, Tina, and Sean are pretty cool too!)

Jelle8Love these guys!I love these guys! Love all the cooking tips and I especially love the tasty trivia game. I have definitely become a more adventurous cook since I started listening.

Emily yumyumFunny food podcastTom is awesome! Great dad jokes.

Mkayter36Good podcast but Tom Douglas is incredibly rudeI use to love this podcast but I had to stop listening because I can no longer handle Tom Douglas. He is often arrogant, rude and condescending to his fellow chef, audience members and the host. This makes for some awkward moments and palpable tension. Chef Terry and Katie are wonderful, and I love the various segments on the podcast. I'm bummed to no longer be able to listen, but TD's comments make my skin crawl.

JYK98Fun and informativeTons of fun to listen to, and I learn a lot.
