The first podcast I ever listened to years ago! Great work guys really enjoy the different points of view. You guys even inspired me to podcast and now I run two! One is a movie pod as well “it came from the videostore” only downside of your show is when I listen to it at work…I wanna ditch work and go home to watch the movie I’m listening about hahah keep it up guys!

These guys are really entertaining and remind me of myself and one of my friends taking about movies. I love how they have two different views on films. Justin is the movie buff, and John is more of the average movie-goer, and both perspectives are necessary. This pod makes my metro Atlanta commute to work a little more bearable. Solid! Hopefully I can collab with you guys one day!

I'm a big fan of superhero movies, but it's nice to see a podcast that spreads its focus just a little to cover other fun action/adventure movies that aren't just the basic superhero movies that have become so popular lately. The guys here have a lot of fun with the show and it really comes out in the final product.

If the idea of two guys talking about superhero movies doesn't rev your engine, you probably wouldn't be reading reviews for this podcast. So the fact that your are leads me to assume that you'll enjoy this podcast as much as I do.

I love superhero movies and these guys are very fun to listen to. I wasn’t a huge fan of Batman v Superman but I also didn’t think it was a terrible and does not deserve the hate it’s getting. I liked that they actually acknowledge that there were some strengths in it. Great show!

Great job, John and Justin, on a great, fun podcast. My only complaint is that the episodes aren't released more often. I understand why, but I could listen to you guys literally every day. You really capture the feel of two friends just talking about a movie they just saw, along with all the random asides that would come along during that conversation. You have a lot of newer good superhero movies to catch up on (Ant Man, Captain America: Winter Soldier, X-Men: Days of Future Past, Guardians just to name a few), especially since we're due for some sequels soon. It would also be fun to hear you talk about some of the many great TV shows out now (Flash, Jessica Jones, Arrow, etc). Keep up the great work!

If you don’t know that is a compliment amongst superhero movies & that slogan applies to this great podcast. I’ve listened to half of the archive already & I’ll be sure to catch up to the rest. Boys, absolutely great commentary of Jurassic Park, please do another … my pick either Captain America: Winter Soldier or Guardians of the Galaxy. Keep it up.

I was looking for a podcast that discussed movies and superheroes and stumbled upon this show. I gave it a listen and have been tuned in ever since. I've listened to quite a bit of the back catalogue and like what they've done. A few things I like: the hosts' knowledge of actors and production teams; their unique perspectives; good audio quality; and genuine affinity for movies. A few things I think can be improved upon: show organization/outline (although this has improved somewhat); fewer rabbit trails (sometimes these guys get excited and go way off topic, related to outline I guess); preparedness (sometimes a quick online search can answer a question that comes up); and maybe the adoption of a few categories to help explain the ratings they give for the movies (story/plot, soundtrack, casting, acting, etc.). All in all, I'm very glad I subscribed. Kudos on 30+ episodes; I hosted a podcast for a brief time and it ain't easy!

You guys somewhat forced me to tune out at a couple of comments, such as one of you guys not knowing the Netflix format during The Daredevil discussion: “And it said all the episodes will be released at the same time…” Come on bro. That shouldn’t be a part of the discussion. Also, saying you don’t know something before you're about to talk about it is the surest way to get me to turn you off. “I didn’t read the Civil War storyline but I know Spiderman is an important part of that.” Why would I listen to you talk about it if you don’t know what it is and freely admit to it? A lot of potential to be a decent podcast but just a lot of stuff that needs to be polished up on.

Hey guys I'm a big fan of your podcast and I really enjoy your guys opinions on movies so keep doing what you guys are doing. Also if you guys have time you should really check out The Blade movies especially Blade (1998) and Blade II (2002) I really enjoy those movies and the first Blade was before X-Men and was the first comic book that was commercially successful for Marvel at that time so i would really appreciate it if you guys do a podcast on those movies! These guys seem about the same age as me, so its fun to hear them reminisce about some of the older movies from the 80's and 90's. Very enjoyable to listen to.

I really enjoy all the different views on all the comic movies out there and it is great to hear a fans perspective. P.S. can you guys do a podcast on the DC shows Arrow and Smallville!
