I have been listening to all 3D Dentists podcasts for over a year now. I recently took my team to the Growth Summit in Nashville. I have found T-Bone, Sully and everyone at 3D Dentists to be down to earth, engaging, entertaining and most importantly, inspiring. I found this podcast several months ago and have found it extremely helpful. I’ve learned a great deal from 3D Dentists clinical courses including sleep therapy, hybrids, sedation and implants. What I love about the podcast is it helps me to stay motivated to do more of those things. TBone is a master of distilling otherwise complicated ideas and concepts into actionable, simple treatment. The title is so appropriately named Dentistry Made Simple. I just love Meredith as cohost. First of all, she has a terrific voice and amazing personality. Also, she helps TBone stay on topic and she encourages the discussion with examples that she has personally seen in a busy dental office. TBone and Meredith share examples and stories of what has worked well and not so well and after listening to any episode, I feel inspired to do a little more and be a little better. I’m not overwhelmed and I feel like I end each podcast a better leader and person. Thank you and please keep it up.

We all know there are wonderful dental based podcasts out there, but for my wife and I, nothing has changed us in our personal lives, practice, and with our large team more than what TBone and Meredith put out weekly and offer in their courses. This podcast is a weekly must for any dentist, no matter age or size of practice, the pearls of wisdom and the ideas that TBone gives are invaluable, he makes you think and want to be better. When you add in the amazing dentists and people that make up 3D Dentists and all their available courses, you see why TBone and 3D Dentists are changing the way we practice and live our lives outside the practice. I go to meet T-bone almost 8 years ago in Vegas. I knew then I want to grow up to be like him. Have been listing to him for few years now. Taken few of his lectures and planning on taking more. I always enjoy listening to the podcast. The information helps me assess what I am doing currently in my practice and helps me make changes as I hear new ideas. It also makes me feel great to know I’m doing similar things: it’s like a think-tank at my fingertips. I also appreciate the need to constantly evolve my dental practice while maintaining my office culture/identity (and it’s okay to change it BTW)! I’ve been a listener of the podcast since 2nd yr of dental school and now in my 4th yr of practice. I can say that Tbone and his 3D staff is doing a great service to the profession of dentistry. I have listened to the podcast since it started. It began as my backup podcast that I would listen to when I ran out of other podcasts, but it grew on me. It is now my must listen to podcast that I eagerly await new eppisodes. T-Bone is a breath of inspiration that makes you want to do better and learn more. Hello, I’m a dental student in St. Louis in my last year and picked up listening to this podcast last October. Listening to this podcast is great way to get real life perspective about practicing and doing what you want to do post dental school. As we all know schools typically don’t teach much business ideology while in school and this is a great way to open students eyes to what to expect following graduation and starting to practice. I wish I would of started listening sooner!

I’m a rural dentist in Jamaica (the island, not New York) and T-bone has given me the confidence to overhaul my business model. I’ve concentrated for years on taking CE and implementing the knowledge acquired, while not paying attention to the business and profitability side of Dentistry. The pandemic lockdown was an eye opener financially.. Unlike other podcasts, this is engaging, with practical workable advice.. He and his co-host Meredith are just an awesome listen, and way to start your mornings.

I love the podcast and I absoutletly love the informaton.I love tbone as well and his style of presentation, however I must be completely honest for the benefit of the podcastand my sanity. I have listened to every single tbonespeaks podcast episode and I listen to podcast constantly on a daily basis. I must comment about the HORRIBLE audio quality for this show. Lately the audio quality has been almost unlistenable. It sounds asa if t boe and his guest ae in a cave or a tunnel. Very dissapointing and Ive been really frustrated with the audio as I really want to hear what the guest are speaking of. Ive even had to stop listening to some of the episodes because of the poor audio quality. I know you arent new to podcast recording so thats why Im so confused as to why this is whats being released. Very poor quality honestly and Im just hoping this problem gets better becasue I really love the show. Thanks Update : the sound quality is now amazing! I felt obligated to update this old review. It’s one of the better dental podcasts out there. T-bone is a smart and practical person to listen to on changing your practice for the better, but even more important for a podcast, he’s like able and entertaining. His recommendations are helpful and wise to implement, and I feel like he is more transparent than other podcasts in how he feels a practice should change for improvement.

One of the best podcasts in dentistry to listen to. Great advice that has been very beneficial to my everyday practice. I have been to couple of their CE courses as well. Money well spent. T-bone is one of the people I highly respect in dentistry (next only to my real life mentor who taught me practical clinical dentistry after school). He knows how to run the dental world and shares it with others freely.

I have heard of T bone and recently stumbled across his podcast through word of mouth from a friend. As a relatively new dentist (class of 2018), I have had many questions left unanswered. I’m new to listening this podcast and as a recent grad am gaining a lot of knowledge over many different topics! I really love all of the actionable stuff T-Bone says do and the summary points made at the very end! Also I really like all the personal finances stuff he talks about as most dental podcasts only talk about dentistry and not how to manage your money, etc. So keep it up! The podcast will challenge you and make you a better dentist and business person. Like many dentist, I often dream big then get scared and don’t implement. T bone is awesome at showing you how to use technology to make you accomplish goals in a quicker and with less headaches. As someone whose taken one of his classes, I can also vouch he cares about you as a person and that you implement what he teaches you which is rare in dental CE.

The variety of topics and guests and good flow of conversation make T-Bone’s podcast one of my favorites in the dental space. T-Bone Speaks is by far the best Dental Podcast out there. I have listened to many of them, and T-Bone consistently delivers quality, relevant content without all the goofy banter and side-tracking that many podcasts waste time on. Dr. Agarwal keeps the discussion on track while also being entertaining. This is nice for someone like me who does not have a long commute to listen to long drawn out podcasts! I love this podcast. T-bone covers an incredibly wide range of topics, from clinical to practice management, and always asks smart questions to his guests.
