    Solid Information
I appreciate the candid honesty of this podcast. The host and her co-host are clearly very knowledgeable and for that reason, 5 stars. However, sometimes the subject matter discussions – and sometimes the tone – seem to focus on discouraging its listeners from becoming an agent, rather than focusing on the positives and why someone should give it a whirl. And then there are the sidebar comments which are simply not necessary. For instance, during the most recent episode (Nov 7), one of the hosts said that just because someone has a driver’s license doesn’t make them a good driver (not really a good comparison) and then used a very poor and irrelevant example about people trying to lose weight and implied how it is untrue that said people have a medical condition preventing them from losing weight and that the solution is to just “stop eating” (TERRIBLE advice) and “exercise.” I had to stop and pause for a moment. Is this a podcast about real estate or weight loss? Just bad form not to mention tacky.

    Stop banging
Just started to listen to episode one and the acoustics are horrible- so much echo - and this lady keeps banging her hand on the table. I know you’re Latin - but stop talking w your hands. We can’t see you.

    Love this podcast
Meredith is authentic and genuine and it comes across - both very important to me as I work to build my new RE business. Asks great questions and makes sure to break it down if we are not yet familiar with the terms. Kudos!

    Great stuff
No b.s. on this podcast. Straight to the point and very informative. I love how you go into detail with realistic day to day stuff as a real estate agent and squashing all the rumors that’s being said about becoming a real estate agent. After listening to the first 8 podcasts, I’m still ready to put in the work!

    Love the show
Hi ladies, I just started as an agent last March so I’ve enjoyed learning from y’all and applying your advice in my transactions. I would only ask that you resolve the audio, when one of you speaks it’s very echoey and hard to understand every single word. A microphone would do wonders to help us hear your words of wisdom that we enjoy! Thanks!

Just what I was looking for!
I was considering getting my license and this is exactly the podcast I was searching for. I’m very grateful for the ladies on this podcast sharing their experiences. I’m more sure than ever about getting my license and am looking forward to hearing more from them as I listen to every episode.

Amazing work ladies thank you so much
Just wanted to write a review for you amazing ladies. Who have helped me so much to figure out if I really have what it takes to be an agent. I’m very excited to pass my licensing exam now and the motivation you give me helps me study so much even though the textbook-notes format is not my preferred learning method. Thank you ladies again and how can I Join the Facebook group?
